First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!

I recently attended a Holiday Party at the Lake House @ Pelican Bay. It was fantastic! There was live music, multiple catering stations, firepits, a boat, excellent bartenders and staff! I would highly recommend the Lake House for any future events. It's such a beautiful beachfront property, I will definitely be coming back!

The Lakehouse is a top notch venue space. As a Denver-based event planner I have many options to choose from but from working with the friendly staff to the gorgeous views, why would I go anywhere else? I highly recomend holding your next corporate event or cocktail function here because the options are endless!

They reported all the unfavorable Google reviews from the wedding of 8/14/22 so they are unseen to the public and don't affect their rating. Please check out The Knot for another honest look at this venue. 8/14/22 When an event goes awry, the staff... go awry as well? And they're the face of the company, while the owner is away. The behavior of employees, with special regard to the female manager, speaks negative volumes on many fronts (with the staff temperament, the company, etc.) but boils down to downright unprofessionalism. It was easily seen by their tonality and body language that the staff saw no need to be civil or respectful to the newlywed couple, their parents, and their guests (potential clients? hello?). How unfortunate it was to witness so much anger and hostility during a wedding event. The Lake House at Pelican Bay, please train your team better and screen potential hires to match your company culture.
