Was unable to eat anything but it looked good! Staff was friendly. They unfortunately have a limited selection of gluten free options and none that are also dairy free so had to skip this place. But try it out if that's not a concern!

I work out at the gym next door and it always smells so good. I stopped by today and tried the triple berry tart… it was the BEST pastry I have ever had!! The lady who helped me was also very sweet!

I apologize for no pics. It was all so delicious that I couldn't wait. I sampled a scone, croissant and lemon crumble bar. Anyone in a 100 mile radius make the drive it's so worth it!! I might have to make a trip out from California just to enjoy another treat

Wow! What a hidden little treasure. This bakery is filled with thoughtful and delicious treats. There's something for everyone. From sweets to savory, breakfast to a snack, Young and old will love this place. A welcoming gentleman name Noel helped me navigate the baked goods and coffee menu. There were a variety of stuffed croissants with eggs, cheese, meats, Veggies, chocolate, almonds and more. Cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, chocolate twists and muffins. This place has it all. I went with drip coffee which was delicious, but they also offer cold brew and lattes. Everything was very reasonably priced so we could try so many things!I hope you can stop in and enjoy like we did!

We were just killing time, but he moment the door opened and the wonderful smell wafted out I knew I would not be going home alone. The flavors in the cheese Danish were amazingly balanced and blended. Can't wait to go back!

Sooooo good! Our usually bakery go to is closed Sundays and the hubs and I were looking for good treats. First time here and it's tucked next to a CrossFit at the end of a shopping strip. Clerk was super nice and pastries looked amazing! I ended up with 7 items, and it was super reasonable! My husband loved the pecan sticky bun and I was a total fan of the chocolate croissant. Glad I bought an assortment to dig into tomorrow! I will definitely be back!

Tucked inside of a shopping plaza and difficult to see from the street, Lucky Break Bakeshop is a tiny, but impressive, store. Fun fact, this locally owned and operated bakery is a wholesale supplier to numerous locally owned and operated cafes in Denver. Inside the store is so small that there is no where you can hang around or sit, so this is strictly takeout and delivery. Inside you will see the cashier station and a display case full of goodies. The people working inside the store are super nice and patient. Prices are very reasonable, and the owner makes it a point to balance economic realities and the community interest. The main reason for the good rating is the food! I'll admit, when I looked at the display case, the pastries looked a little dark, so I wondered if they might have been burned. They were not burned. Instead, they were quite exemplary. The croissants shattered when you bite into it. Though I prefer a slightly stronger butter flavor, it was still unmistakably buttery. Definitely one of the top croissants in Denver. The pecan sticky bun was well-executed too and had a sticky, sweet pleasantness about it. Quality ingredients and good technique come to mind when I eat this food. Today they had Novo coffee available (at the moment, my second favorite Denver coffee roaster). Novo Cafe features this bakery's products. I love this sort of local intersectionality. You're never going to notice this business if you're just driving by or in the area, so I highly recommend making a conscious effort to seek out and try this little gem.

I saw all the amazing reviews, so I checked this place out, too. It's truly a hidden gem. The pastries are so fresh and flavorful, flakey and divine. The selection was incredible. Coffee is a nice compliment. Staff was very cheery and helpful. Safe space and woman-owned. All around amazing. Will be back to try the cookies!

Stopped in today while running errands on this side of town.WOW! Incredible baked goods. I got a variety of items (croissant, scone, cinnamon roll, danish) and each was a perfect example of what the baked good should be. We live about 20 minutes away, but I will happily bypass the bakeries closer to our home to come back to Lucky Break.

Selina and her amazing bakery staff were incredible! I called less than 4 days before my daughters birthday party to ask if they could fulfill an order of 48 mini cupcakes. She was so wonderful on the phone saying that she could. I stopped in the next day to try the cupcakes. Yum ?! Picked up these beautiful cupcakes and the kids and parents enjoyed more than one. Thank you all for making it a wonderful birthday celebration.**Shout out, the day I placed the order it had been a rough one and Selina just handed me one of her delicious pastries and said that she hoped that I would have a better day. That pastry was exactly what I needed, you can tell the love and passion that the staff has for what they do.**Thank you so much and we will be back soon ?

Just sat down with a cup of coffee and half the blueberry cheese pastry: delectable! Light fluffy and creamy with just the right amount of sweet! My family really enjoyed the assorted treats especially the chocolate twists. Great local spot for a quick grab and go breakfast!

The cheddar maple sausage rolls are amazing! We also had delicious cupcakes for a corporate event. Three flavors with festive decorations. I can't wait to stop in and try something new!

O.M.G. I came back Sunday from a week at an all l-inclusive resort in Cabo where I basically ate and drank everything in sight. Then had a few days of penitent healthy eating. I vowed not to weigh myself for a couple weeks but went to a doctor appointment this morning and had to get weighed and found again 5 pounds. This ironically led me to the nearest bake shop (who can understand the human brain) - I swear I was looking for coffee, but I walked into this place and was presented with a completely irresistible array of delicacies in front of me. Seeing the five star reviews on yelp and looking at the options, I knew I had to try a couple of these. Boy am I glad I did, even if it adds another pound to my tally. I had the cinnamon rolls made out of croissant dough which is literally a combination made in the very best room in heaven. And then to top that, the almond cream scone was the cinnamon roll's very worthy best friend. Both of them melt in your mouth and taste like bliss. I'm going to meet someone for a sushi lunch, so I am restraining myself to the bites I've already taken, but it will be very, very hard. I might have to watch him eat sushi while I process bliss.
