Small and quaint, excellent food and service! I will definitely be coming here again on my next visit to Denver.

Fantastic food and great service in a neighborhood setting! My new favorite!

Great northern Italian food. It has urban sophistication in the suburbs, thereby avoiding the hassles of downtown (traffic, parking, etc.). They offer a great selection of house-made pastas available as a main or side dish. Also good meat and seafood dishes. We came here for a business meeting, letting the server know that was our purpose. He gave us space to have conversation while providing unobtrusive service. I've been coming here for years and always leave wondering why I don't visit more often.

Absolutely one of our favorite places in town. Never disappoints. Their pasta dishes are so interestingly composed and always tasty. The pasta itself is made there or purchased but always fresh and perfectly prepared. The Veal Bolognese is their stalwart and I compare every other restaurants to theirs, still the best.

I highly recommend the duck breast with cherries. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. Alex, our server, was knowledgeable and on top of his game.

Extremely rude service and I would never recommend this "fancy" restaurant. My friend had booked a reservation for 2, ahead of time and we still had to wait for a table. We were a little early so we didn't mind waiting at the bar until our reservation time; but when it was well past our reservation time and there was no communication what so ever, was just unacceptable. Then there was this bartender John who was just unpleasant. When we asked for the tab/check so we could kindly leave he asked if we wanted to eat at the bar (WHY WHEN I HAD RESERVED A TABLE) they then said we just HAD to talk to the Manager to be able to leave. He was all over the place and had an attitude that we wanted to leaving (after sitting there for so long waiting for a table). We even tried to be nice and say I couldn't find anything on the menu (which was small). Then John came back out and "suggested" that there was a Southland mall close by if we were still hungry and since we are headed that way. 1 that was snotty comment since my friend and I had a private conversation about me liking the food at Olive Garden. 2 Southland mall was extremely far away meaning we don't come from this area? even though the house was 10 minutes away from there. Overall horrible service, menu looked sad but my friend wanted to try a dish and didn't even get to a table.

Wow! What a hidden gem! This is a perfect place for date night or when friends or family are in town and you want to take them to a nice dinner.

Ceasar needed anchovy paste, adds spice. Fresh bread good. Noodles/tortellini not cooked enough (chewy). Sauce was amazing. Bread pudding, dry dry dry. Sad about that. Good wait staff. Pricey.

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I live downtown where there are tons of trendy places with great food, and yet I will drive to the DTC for some of the Wooden Table's handmade pasta and amazing sauces. Certain items on the menu change regularly with the season so you can always find something new to try. Some of my favorites are the seasonal agnolotti, venison pappardelle, and mussels appetizer. Their bread and desserts are also phenomenal, and the service is always spot-on and very friendly. For lunch, I like the meatball and grinder subs.

The food was mediocre (my duck was tough/chewy) and our experience was soured by the staff who seated us when he made a rude/snooty comment that made us feel unwelcome. Overall it was an overpriced pretentious experience at a restaurant in a strip mall.

I went here the other night with my boyfriend and wasn't disappointed. It had a great ambiance and the staff were amazing. He got the lamb appetizer and I the goat cheese cheese spinach salad with strawberries both of which were delicious. He then ordered the venison Bolognese and I the rabbit. Mine was a little on the spicy side but he thoroughly enjoyed his pasta. After that, he ordered the Veal and I the Scallops. Now both were delicious however the scallops were JUST A BIT salty so I didn't finish it. Honestly I doubt that happens often. It was overall a great experience and I'd go again... even though it was a bit pricey.
