Torchy's Tacos

I’m a big fan of Torchy’s but this location was not it.
Our tacos were greasy and watery, the restaurant got our order wrong, and our drinks were mediocre.

Pricy; 15 bucks for 2 tacos (ordered chicken and beef) and a side of beans and rice. Was disappointed 2 tacos (of each kind) didn't come with each order as I expected for the price. Also I had some crunchy uncooked rice in my side.

They've now put up order kiosks that are confusing and hard to use. Me and another couple using them both chatted about how this is more of a hassle to get food now. On top of this, some actual person doesnt have a job now and the food is not cheaper because of it. I will be getting food here less often now.

Service is always excellent! The food is delicious with great blends of flavors. The only thing I would like to see better is that the dining inside is more of a fast food experience then a real down experience. No expectation no fine dining, would just like a more comfortable and unrushed atmosphere.

It was... Fine. I feel like there are plenty of places that have better flavors, bigger portions, and cheaper prices. Lemonades we're good.

I've never eaten in store at this location, but we get take out from here frequently. The food is never on the take out shelf well past the time it says it will be ready, and even after asking you still often have to wait a long time to get your order. I've never had that experience at other locations! Plus often the to go order is missing toppings or the portions are crazy small 🙁 tonight we waited 30 extra minutes past our estimate time (which was about 20 min after ordering).....insane
