Torchy’s has been a longtime favorite for our office lunches—conveniently located and usually a go-to spot once or twice a month. The food is consistently good; the Crossroads and Brushfire tacos are personal favorites.

Unfortunately, our last few experiences have been disappointing. Recent orders have come out wrong with simple requests like no cheese or switching the type of tortilla have been missed.

Today, we considered ordering again, but noticed some potential changes to the allergen menu. I tried calling the store for clarification, but was met with an automated phone system that made it difficult to reach an actual team member and unable to assist with the allergen questions since their website didn’t specify a few items. On two separate calls, I was transferred to the store only for the line to disconnect after a brief answer.
While the food quality hasn’t changed much, the service and ordering experience certainly have.

Sadly, based on recent experiences, I can’t confidently recommend Torchy’s anymore.

Ivett & and Danny were amazing at the bar.
They had a 100 person group party and a packed house of peeps.
Ivett was yelled at by an angry customer who cussed at her and was upset he had to order by kiosk.
She handled it with poise and calmness even though she was not even supposed to be behind the bar.
I love Torchys and will continue to support this establishment.

All the tacos is pretty consistent. Customer service it's usually pretty good. Singing the tables after people get up is yeah, you can use a little extra work. Otherwise, normally, the tables are clean, but besides when it's busy. Bathroom is usually pretty clean the most.

I’d gone to one in Fort Collins and it was amazing. But this location one is closer to Taco Bell if not worse. The food was dry. No one at the front desk. No sauces. Never coming back here.

Different selection of tacos from other restaurants. I will order from them again.
The Hogfather taco was good. Will have other taco tonight, the Trailer Park.

I like this place. Everything above is consistent, which is why we go at least 3 times per month!

Awesome unique recipes. You will end up paying for quality. Presentation is better if you eat there. But I ym think that's true with everywhere

Justin and Danny are awesome. They make the Centennial location great. Good food and drink. We come here because of the service these guys provide. Otherwise we likely would frequent different location as unfortunately they are frequently out of food and beverage items.

Great place! Got a variety of al la carte tacos and was satisfied with flavor profiles. Each choice of taco had a separate sauce that paired well with protein.
