Have always had good food and decent service. Was completely ignored by 2 bartenders that were engrossed in a conversation. Made eye contact many times but wasn’t worth the effort. A few people sitting down at the bar noticed and tried to assist and they were ignored as wellTruly horrible bar service

Needs a little love...Great spot to sit at the bar and the bartender was friendly and made a good Marg.Bummed that we got the bottom of the chip bag...hard to enjoy queso with remnants and our tacos were cold. It's a little run down, but decent enough for basic meal...I guess.

ordered the beef burrito. The meat was so tough I asked for a knife to cut the meat into bite size pieces. They handed me a plastic knife.

Beyond mediocre.Service was incredibly slow, then they brought out the wrong order. The jerk chicken taco had bone in it. Various fountain drinks were out.To top it off, the food was, objectively, pretty poor.I’ve had infinitely better tacos from a food truck at half the price.

Love Torchy’s but the centennial location needs work. I have been to location multiple times now and it just doesn’t deliver the Torchy’s quality. From my to go taco looking like it was a tossed salad to the lady not letting me have a large cup for my water to go and the food being cold. If you want to really experience Torchy’s don’t come to this location.

We order takeout from this location routinely. People are busy so I learned my lesson to check items in the bag before leaving.Last night I was struck with terrible food poisoning with no other suspect than Torchy’s. Taking a break for now and recommend people skip the grilled shrimp and chicken fajita.

While I do love this place, you have to wonder why they have a breakfast menu when theyre not open for breakfast...

Sat down at the bar. Waited almost 15 minutes. Nobody took my order. Got up and left.

"First Impressions Matter."Came here for dinner with my wife, and let's just say that the guy at the front counter that took our order completely ruined our experience we had there today. Before I go any further, let me just say that I've been to this location a number of times in the past and was greeted with fairly decent service however, today topped the cake and was certainly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in quite some time. We came into the store and were deciding on what to eat. The energy and customer service that this individual was emitting was some of the worst that I've seen. He couldn't bother to look up at either of us and sarcastically said, "whenever you're ready," all while looking like he couldn't care less about his job or the customers in front of him. While we ordered, he was aggressively tapping his screen and couldn't bother to give us our cups and just pointed to them without saying a word. Now, the real kicker was seeing how he acted when his co-worker had come up to him to ask a question, in addition to taking the orders of others. I could tell just by their reactions that he could certainly care less about how he's acting and how people are viewing it. After we got out food, he proceeded to sweep up around us, and after he was finished, had slammed the broom and dustpan into its holder. Now, I've worked in the food service industry, and I get that it isn't always pleasant, but our whole interaction with him and seeing how he acted on the job certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. The food that I had once enjoyed had become bitter and tasteless. I felt as if we were a burden and unwelcome in this establishment. I am unsure if we will return to this location anytime in the near future. The food can only be so good, but if customer service falls through, it's only going to make the rest of the establishment look bad.
