Yanni's staff are so inviting and warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, and the food . . . scrumptious! The best Agvoleman (spelling? Lemon chicken soup) I've ever had, though a bit lemon-forward. Really enjoyed it and will go back!

Visited here for the first time since I love Greek food. Surprised to find no baba ganoush on the menu; the closest thing was a Melizanes Salata so we ordered it because the waitress described that it's similar to baba ganoush and its definitely made out of eggplant. I should have known better to pass on this dish when she said it's eggplant and "mayo?" Huh??? Mayo? I thought, "well, maybe it's their own version..." Was I very wrong. It was NOT at all smooth like a baba ganoush and it still had chunks of eggplant with a tangy flavor. It was NEITHER how the waitress explained nor was the texture smooth like a baba ganoush. One other thing is their lamb. It was TOUGH. Call me not classy but I'm used to having the lamb meat "sliced," rather than in a strip of chunk meat that did not taste anything close to a gyro lamb meat. Didn't get the feeling they had a "spit" in the kitchen to "shave" the meat either. I would return to try their desserts only. It was a disappointing experience for me and my friend for lunch today.

Yannis the restaurant you've been looking for in Denver! Yanni himself is there every night and makes every customer feel like family. The food is amazing and the environment is perfect! If you are looking for delicious food in place that makes you feel like family you've found the right spot. Order Greek wine - you won't be disappointed!

Yanni is absolutely an incredible host and has made my girlfriend and I feel so welcome ever since we have moved to dtc. Amazing wine selection and what feels like the most authentic Greek food in the Denver area.

This restaurant pretends to be Greek but the food is not even close to authentic Greek cuisine not to mention the overpriced dishes . The two stars are for the good service and nice servers .
