Beautiful building and a great atmosphere. The food is out of the box yet simultaneously comfortable and the smoothies are to die for even though they brought me BACK from the dead the morning after partying all night. Also a good place to work on school work.

A lot of thought and care goes into the food and drink here. The staff is friendly and make orders with precision. They are always coming up with new goodies to share!

Had an excellent tumeric smoothie and the oat energy bites. Cool vibe, looking forward to trying the coffees and other food items.

I love the Ampersand coffee that they sell here. Also the energy bites and overnight oats are some of my favorites. I really enjoy coming in here to see what new recipes the management will come up with! This place is great and definitely up and coming!

Great coffee and grab and go selections! I really like the Spiced Carrot overnight oats! Cute atmosphere as well.

The Up Dog Cafe offers a nice assortment of healthy salads, sandwiches and breakfast. The overnight oats are delicious.

Unless you have a minimum of 30 minutes to wait, prefer unsanitary conditions and want to buy overpriced items you can effortlessly make at home, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The coffee here is mediocre. Just alright definitely not my favorite.

I went in this week for a latte and enjoyed a new Zealand style pie with it. The barrista was friendly and the esspresso was on point. It's convenient that a yoga studio is adjoined to the cafe as I can appreciate the intersection of yoga and premium refreshments. I would have more cozy seating in the future. Great spot overall!

This coffee shop is located next to the Yoga Loft Studio. It's owned by the same owner and there's actually a door inside connecting the two. It has that modern minimalist look to it, white all over with wood accents, and is pretty small. There's about 6 tables that fit two people each and a small tall bar seating that fits 4 people.

Had my favorite 'Dirty Chai' at Up Dog Cafe. And I can't lie, I nibbled on a GF chile egg roll, yummmm

Cute little coffee shop. Sells some interesting savoury breakfast pies, which are good. Also the standard coffee drinks and a small selection of pastries.
