Great prices for how much food you get and it tasted delicious! Brisket was not fatty and okra was crispy. Nice to have bar seating and tables. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Thank God that we have this spot for barbecue in the Gunnison valley! Amazing ownership, and a passion for what you're putting out there, results in amazing food. They also have a great staff on their side. I'll eat here regularly and can't wait to go back.
Delicious BBQ! The ribs were incredible, some of the best I’ve had in Colorado. Wifey loved the tacos. The meat and regular sauce are gluten free.

Cole slaw not of my taste.(celery seed) .same with the baked beans. Pulled pork was pulled.Brisket had a nice smoke ring on it but a little dry.corn bread loaf passable.cheddar brisket not of my taste. Ribs were the best of the plate .all the meats needed sauce for flavoring in my opinion. Meats weren't served very hot temperature wise. Stoped here to try since I saw it on INSTAGRAM. ONE time stop for me. Room for improvement but if you are craving BBQ while on a road trip this might satisfy the taste.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with coleslaw on the side to go. Coleslaw was not put on the side and so much was on the sandwich that it soaked through the bread and the chicken on a 5 minute drive. Food I paid $17 for was then inedible.

I had friends share with me that the next time I pass through Gunnison I should look for the PINK building for 5 B's BBQ. It wasn't hard to find. The food portions were plentiful and delicious. I had a loaded baked potato with all the fixings and pulled pork. Next time I'll ask to leave off the raw Jalapeno slices. I also noticed on the door they have daily specials. Tuesday had Ribs for $1.50 each. I had two mouthwatering ribs. BBQ sauce was perfect. They have fountain drinks and for those wishing for Coke Zero, they even had 20 oz bottles. Very nice staff. I'll be back!!Parking: Parking is mostly on the East side of the building but you can also park along the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Door was wide enough and adequate space to move around

My bbq was pretty dry and a bit bland. I reached for some bbq sauce from the table, and for some reason the bbq sauce was almost “fermented?” I’m not too sure what happened, but it exploded on my plate and instantly had a weird smell and I tasted it (gross I know) and it tasted like old yucky beer. Instantly turned off from the BBQ.Parking: A bit difficult to find parking
Let’s get into it, some of the food is edible, but it’s not good like as I would return good …never have seen such bad coleslaw in my life. No smoke, so I’m sure it’s all made in the oven.. no pits in site. This is not BBQ, no sir. Gunnison needs more fast food chains such as wingstop, chick fil a, whataburger, Cane’s ect. And when that happens maybe this place as others will get the hint and feel the hit,and do better. Food was awful and embarrassing.

So bummed with quantity of dinners and quality of food. Prices have gone up exponentially since the new facility, tacos 1/3 smaller, only one side w sandwich compared to two sides as before. sandwich half the size yet cost more?♀️ Flies surrounded me waiting for pick up and obnoxious blowup Halloween thing to enter through just to get in building. What’s going on? Bummer from local patron!

Id imagine for being the only bbq in the middle of no where colorado, this satisfies the locals. Ive had texas bbq and I try not to judge based on that, however I myself am pretty decent at smoking ribs and brisket so I usually compare to what I can do. We tried the onion rings, fried pickles, wings, st louis ribs, brisket and chicken sandwhich.Fried pickles were decent. 3 starsOnion rings were average, a little too battered for my liking. 3 starsChicken wings were the highlight of the meal with their maddie sauce. Definetely big and juicy. 4 stars.St louis ribs were completely fall off the bone, which I prefer them to hang on a little, but tear off easy. Also, they were pretty flavorless unfortunately, as if they had no rub pre cooking. 3 starsBrisket was also pretty flavorless even though it had a nice smoke ring. The brisket wasnt dry, but it wasnt that pull apart either. 2 starsChicken sandwhich was MASSIVE and very juicy, the cold slaw wasnt too good that was on it which I feel like really would have pushed it into a 5 star sandwhich. 4 starsI will say their prices are incredibly fair which almost makes me want to give it a 4 star overall, but I judge based on qaulity and flavor.I think most people reading this would agree with the following statement. The difference between great bbq and mediocre bbq is great bbq doesnt require sauce and in most cases sauce would ruin it, while mediocre bbq needs the sauce. Unfortunately, this bbq needed sauce.
