Exactly the type of place we were looking for after putting a couple hundred miles on the motorcycles today. If you're looking for a dive bar in Gunnison, go no further. Touchtunes jukebox, Harley Davidson pinball, pacman-galaga machine, some old machine that looked like air hockey and fooseball combined. Some locals were celebrating after a wake, and told us the old man behind the bar owned the joint. A couple other locals came in to play some pool.

We came here to see The Green Mile. It was such a great venue!! Also, the child care was great! I recommend Stacy. She got our pasta out so quick! Hands down 2 stars!

Was highly dissatisfied with the customer service. They put me on a list "786" I suppose. They said I was drunk and they weren't going to serve me anymore and that's when I asked why. They said if you have a problem then I won't serve you anymore.threatened to call the police afterwards.

This place has everything: cowboy hats, boots, and even a mechanical bull for those brave enough to take a ride.The bartenders are friendly and quick with a drink, and the atmosphere is lively with country music and the occasional yeehaw. I especially enjoyed the decor, which includes vintage firearms and cowboy memorabilia.Now, I must warn you, if you're not a fan of peanut shells on the floor, then this may not be the place for you. But if you're willing to embrace the casual vibe, then the Alamo bar is a great spot for a night out with friends or a rowdy bachelorette party.Overall, I give the Alamo bar two thumbs up and a big ol' yeehaw!

Not a whole lot of bars in CO can you smoke in, nor buy cigarettes, but at the Alamo you can! My bf and I just wanted a quick drink and were taken by surprise of how old timey the bar felt. George was our bartender for the evening, he put on some football and talked to us for a while. It was a really nice experience on a sunday night. The drinks were good and cheap, the environment was lovely, and George is now one of my favorite people to visit.
