In a town where affordable food options are slim to none, this place is really appreciated. They don’t always have everything, but they always do their best and everything they’ve served me has hit the spot. And they haven’t messed up a single one of my orders yet.

We used to always stop here when traveling through Gunnison. The last time we came through town will be the very last time we ever stop there. The service was absolutely terrible!!! 2 guys in the back were eating, saw me staring there and still didn't come out. There was a female sitting at one of the dining tables also just looking at us. We stood there for several minutes, and the female at the table finally spoke up and said something to the guys in the back to come out and help us. Looked like a whole new staff of possible foreigners. This Arby's also had signs of questionable cleanliness. We will not ever stop here again until I am certain that Arby's does something about who's running the store! I would leave zero stars if I could

No one to run the store, lobby closed. 15 minute wait... Worker eating fresh curly fries while waiting and then gave me the old crap from the bottom - and on top of it all almost forgot to include them. This is worst Arby's I've ever been too.

The employees are so sweet! I wanted puppy patties for my 3 dogs and they gave me 3 cups of shaved ham and didn't charge us for it. Very happy customers and dogs!

Chicken tenders were terrible! Dried out chicken with way too much coating. I had a three pierce order. One of them was the size of a quarter. They did replace it. Never again will I go to this Arbys.
They where out of beef st 5:30 on a Thursday night. I waited at the front counter for 5 min before I was even acknowledged. Another guy after me came in waited waited and then just left because no one was helping.

Worse service and food from any Arby's. My Ham and Swiss melt was old with even the ham drying out. Asked for fries but got curly fries instead. The entire outside of my shake cup was covered with shake. I had to go wash it and my hands off in the bathroom. The workers were too busy messing around with each other to pay much attention to customers needs or greet them. One employee has his pants sagging below his but cheeks. He couldn't move very quickly because of it. Not to mention, that's not something people should have to see in a place that's preparing their food.
