Stopped at the Arby’s in Gunnison, and I gotta say—solid experience! 💪 The place was clean enough to make my grandma proud (and she’s got the eyes of a hawk 🦅). The staff? Friendlier than a golden retriever at a barbecue 🐶🍖.
As for the food—Arby’s still has the meats, and my sandwich did not disappoint. Juicy, flavorful, and gone in 60 seconds. ⏳😋 Only reason it’s not 5 stars? No one offered to personally feed me curly fries like a Roman emperor. 🤷♂️🍟 Would definitely stop by again!

Worst. Arby’s. Ever. I ordered online at 4:54 pm. App said it’ll be done by 5p. I figured that was an exaggeration, but at the 20 min mark after I had ordered (5:14 pm), nobody had said a word about my order. I went up and asked about it and was told they were working on it right then. Stand there for another 5 mins as my blood sugar is absolutely bottoming out and I’m on the verge of passing out in their lobby… “Oh, sorry… we’re out of the sandwich you ordered.” Could SOMEBODY explain why I had to wait TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for somebody to tell me that? When they saw the online order pop up on their screen and KNEW they didn’t have that sandwich that is VERY PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED on their app, why did they not call out my name, especially when I entered after the order was placed? You’d think SOMEBODY would want to find that person and let them know so that they could make food for them. Nope. nobody cared. I would also like to know why the counter person lied and said they were making it. It was somebody completely different who told me they didn’t have it. I have had slow Arby’s franchises in the past, so that didn’t surprise me. But the utter disregard they show for their paying customers is disgusting. I can’t believe it. I’ll never frequent this Arby’s again and it’ll likely be awhile before I go to any other one, either. It worries me that this behavior just seemed to be no big deal to them.

It's an Arby's, so I'm not asking them to be the greatest place I've ever eaten. This one has a friendly staff, good food, and it was clean. Ticked all my boxes for fast food. Would eat here again.

Went in yesterday via drive thur. Ordered the classic roast beef combo (2). When I got back home the soda had no CO2 or syrup, the meat was too thick, and they had No Arby's sause!! I really don't eat fast food. But if I could I would of taken it back. Worst I ever had..

We have been going here for about six years. This was the worst summer of food at this location ever. Two different visits all horrible. Roast beef sliced 1/4 inch thick not hot chicken sandwich cold and white on one side like it sat in water. Shame poorly poorly run for a chain I love. Can’t ever go back. Expensive waste. Visits in August and September
Was so good and just what I needed after lots of expensive food in Crested Butte. Sometimes you just need some good beef and cheddar!

Walked out. Their digital sign boards were broken and all they had were printouts of the menu on standard letter size paper. The type font was literally less than size 1 and not readable. A young woman who seemed to be the manager cheerfully informed me that she was used to helping "the elderly" (I'm 50). Insulted, I left. Whoever actually runs the place needs to provide training to the staff. Specifically: "How to not insult customers to their faces."

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders meal to eat in. It was made fresh and the wait wasn't long. The young woman who took my order was pleasant and friendly. It was lunch time so there were several tables taken but we could sit where we wanted.
Parking: Parking spots are located on two sides of the bldg. Entrances are on the side or in front of the bldg.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances are flat and easily accessible for wheelchairs or someone using a walker. However, the doors are manual and a little heavy. A person in a wheelchair would need to have someone open the doors for them
Walking in, the restraunt seemed very dingy, almost hot inside. I stood at the cointer for a good 4-5 minutes, before a kid came outnof the bathroom i think walked around the counter, stood at the register and looked at me, didnt say anything, didnt greet me. I want the 2 for $6 chicken sandwich, and roast beef sandwich that was post very large in the menu above the registers. I was told they are 2 for $7.00.... I pointed at the menu that said 2 for $6.00, i was told that just had not been changed. Then i want to order the orange something shake......i was told they dont have that anymore. I had had enough, i told the kid i was going nextdoor to McDonald's.
