In town for a few days, checked out a number of the other restaurants and this was our last and best meal in town. Wonderful pineapple red curry with chicken. Great service. We sat in the patio with a nice breeze. We had a wonderful meal. Recommended.
I enjoy blackstock for their prominence in the Gunnison community. I will say when I go there I find myself defaulting to the bistro fries. It's a safe choice that's always consistently good.
One thing I find personally is that the menu is a little smaller than what I would like and so diversity and price range can be hard to find. But I will say that being the case their food is always top notch. Their bar is cozy and relaxed and their mixes drink...

Blackstock Bistro is my Gunni go-to. Killer burgers, delicious ramen on Wednesdays, and bistro fries all night, every night. The atmosphere is divine and the wait staff is always friendly. The owners have created such a Gunnison Gem and we love Blackstock nights.
