Ordered a cake for a special occasion. Description sounded wonderful. It wasn't. Cake was very dry and had hardly any taste at all, let alone the flavors they said. Everyone was so disappointed. Will go elsewhere next time.

If you’re anything like me and gluten-free is a way of life they have mastered the gluten-free cake recipe and it is better than any gf cake I have ever had! Plus for those that can eat gluten they had no idea the cake was gf! The cake was moist, fluffy and so flavorful we couldn’t put it down. Amazing! We will be coming back for all of our cakes and can’t to devour the next one.

The place was quiet on a Monday morning and we wanted to grab a quick bite before heading to Crested Butte. This cute little local caught our eye and we dropped in.
Service was served quickly and with a smile. THANK YOU, Kristin! Very personable and friendly.
I was having a hard time deciding, so went with the old standby, ice cream. One scoop, $3.50 so fairly typical. It was creamy without being too rich with good flavor. There were six or eight choices, I do believe.
The lady got a hot chocolate and turkey pepper jack croissant. The croissant was the flaky kind that falls all over, but oh so good. The turkey, although hard to find, was firm, not too soft or fatty. The sandwich was $6.45 and the hot chocolate $3.50. I think the total came to $17 or so with the tip and taxes added.
Definitely a cute little place along the main street in Gunnison. Next time we are in the area, we plan on stopping again!

We stopped for a little treat on a very hot day. There were only 3 flavors of ice cream - vanilla, chocolate, and cookies & cream. Our kids shared a scoop of cookies & cream and liked it. We also had a small cannoli. Unfortunately, that was a bit disappointing. The shell was a little heavy on cinnamon and the cream was a bit too sweet. Cannolis are tricky to make, so kudos for them for having them at all, but they didn't quite meet our expectations of a stellar cannoli. The young woman working was friendly and patient.

Ordered a small vanilla cake for my Dads 80th birthday! The online ordering was easy, they responded quickly, the cake was ready on time and absolutely amazing! Wish I had gotten a larger one. Alyssa did a fabulous job with our wedding cake - she stacked a 6” almond cake with raspberry filling on top of an 8” chocolate cake with caramel filling, and covered it all in almond flavored buttercream icing. Our florist provided flowers for decorating the cake, which Alyssa placed perfectly - as well as our cake toppers. The end result was both gorgeous and delicious! Thank you, Alyssa and Cake Me Away team!
