McDonald's Reviews
Filthy, dirty restaurant and bathrooms. TP all over the place, filthy, filthy sink and floors. Table extremely dirty. Lazy kid at register, have to give him cues for everything you need/bought. Awful.
Went to get my usual breakfast here. Instead turned into a very unpleasant visit and unacceptable treatment from a so called “manager”….thought it was funny to laugh and mock a customer. Then as I continued inside to get service they all huddling the corner continuously coming out rolling their eyes and refusing service. So I wasted 20 mins of my time to walk out with no food. I will make sure to report this higher up. Unacceptable!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MCDONALDS!!!
I don’t normally say much about bad service in our town. And I know everyone has bad days. I also see, when I go to McDonald’s, how hard they are working and most the time thank them. This is about how I was treated and nothing to do with the quality of their food. To start off in all fairness, there are always two sides to a story. I will take ownership of getting upset how I reacted to how being treated disrespectfully. I am not...read full review

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food restaurant that offers a convenient dining experience. The parking lot may not be suitable for RVs or trailers, but there is some street parking available, though it may be limited during busier times. When exiting the drive-thru, customers should be cautious as they are entering a main road.
The breakfast orders through the drive-thru have had mixed experiences. Some customers have reported issues with staff not understanding simple requests for items like receipts, napkins, and condiments. However, the staff has been helpful in resolving issues, such as providing a complimentary meal when a problem with a broken waterline affected the availability of certain breakfast items.
Customers have also had some frustrations with cold fries, despite being told every order is made fresh. One customer advised others not to waste their money here because they felt the restaurant doesn't care about the quality of the food. On the other hand, the restaurant has shown care and appreciation when a customer needed a meal late at night after leaving the ER. The staff still managed to get the meal out quickly, and the customer felt grateful and appreciated the service, thanking the manager at the window.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with access from the parking lot to the counter and the bathroom. Despite some communication issues with staff, the overall experience reflects a mix of helpfulness and areas for improvement.
Recently, customers have found the place surprisingly good, especially for a quick roadtrip stop. The deluxe quarter pounder has been highlighted as worth trying again, with comments about the place being clean and having fast table service, better than closer locations. Others mentioned going through the drive-thru for lunch, where the first window attendant was pleasant, but the second was rude and argumentative. The food was decent overall.
Fast service and an average dine-in experience have been noted in recent reviews. Customers appreciated how quickly orders were ready and found the staff friendly and efficient. The food met expectations for McDonald's — warm burgers and fresh fries, though sometimes a bit salty. The dining area is described as just okay, with mostly clean tables but floors and restrooms needing attention. The overall atmosphere seems to prioritize speed, but cleanliness and comfort could improve. This spot is good for hunger on the go but offers only the basics.
