Requested fresh fries as i had gotten cold fries at this location multiple times. Was told they every order was made fresh, then they proceeded to once again give me cold fries. Don't waste your money here as they clearly don't care.

I've been coming in to this McDonald's for years. Over the last year and a half service has gotten so bad I would never order from here without checking every single item. 4 out of 5 times in you get your order wrong.

Took forever. Guy ahead of me waited 10 minutes for the mgr to bring him corporates # so he could complain. I waited 25 minutes for basic food and there were no lids for the drink. I had to dig them out of the cabinet underneath because nobody came to fill them when I asked. Go through the drive thru. I watched 10 cars go through while I waited.
The night shift is awful, The staff was extremely rude and seemed to have no regard for customer service. They let me wait 25 minutes because they aren’t understand my order, very disappointed about this McDonald’s

15 minutes for my 3 burger order. The staff actively ignored the counter. A woman who got the wrong sauce in the drive thru had to call someone over to correct the mistake, she had to holler over the counter to get an employees attention. The eating area was a mess, receipts and napkins scattered all over the floor. The only sodas they had were diet coke and diet Dr pepper. A local came in and straight up told me they're always this bad, he was positive and really wanted me to give them the benefit of the doubt.
You should close the dining room and make it a drive thru only while you get your front of house retrained. They need it.
