Their menu price does not match what they charged me. When I asked why they charged me more than the advertised price both the person taking my order and the manager were defensive and rude. Won't be supporting Mochas again. No thank you!

Told it would take 30 minutes to make a bagel. The mocha drinks were made with chocolate milk. And it was freezing inside. Drinks were coming out and the worker said she had no idea who the drinks belonged to. I’d skip and continue driving to Montrose.

Best value in Gunnison for lunch. A good place to meet with friends. Mostly a good place for a cuppa. During the winter us old folks find the ice and large step to get in the store a little daunting.

Every food item and drink I've purchased has been amazing. The staff here are friendly and awesome. Wait times at the drive through can be a bit extended but they make everything fresh. Some mornings I plan around it just because the brew is so good.

I absolutely adore mochas!!! I came thru here about a year and a half ago and was blessed enough to drive thru gunnison this weekend and be able to stop by. My friends and I tried all sorts of items and the BLT bagel with spicy mayo on an everything bagel was as good as I remembered. The turtle coffee hot was also insane and everyone who tried it wished they got it! All smoothies were delicious especially the one with strawberries and crème. I love mochas and hope to one day return and try it again!!! Our prices are inflated since we ordered so many different items that the average person probably wouldn’t order

Great coffee, smoothies and sandwiches. Service is so so. Usually busy, could have better seating, not very cozy, could use a new mural.
I came in right before close and the girl said she could make coffee but no food. While she is ringing me up she was so rude and saying we ain’t gonna get out of here by 6:15 now. Like I wasn’t even standing there. The girl making the coffee and the girl at the register obviously was upset that we ordered something before closing. She could have just told me no rather than be rude. Then they didn’t even make what we asked for and there was a hair in the drink. Besides the drink being nasty had a long hair in it. Just threw them away and went to starbucks. We are from out of town and come here every year and try to support these local places oppose to starbucks because they are everywhere and thats the service we got.

Place has been so frustrating. They have messed up my order a few times but this time I was pretty disappointed every time I go in there I've left a tip even after the dude on the phone was pretty rude to begin with. Call back and told him my order was messed up and said I'd like to get a new sandwich but was also driving the RTA bus I didn't quite make it back before they close but when I knocked and they opened they said they never even remade it for me. Just a little irritating to get such poor customer service though I will say the food is great. If you're sitting down to eat that's great just make sure to check your food they don't seem to care much about what gets put out or not
