Sherpa is the perfect place for any dining occasion: a filling work lunch, parents visiting from out of town, a night out with the s/o, happy hour with colleagues, brunch the day after a night of celebration. By yourself or with a large group. It's neither formal nor too casual...it is whatever you want it to be. The service is great and the food is some of the best in Gunnison. Hearty portions, flavorful, good quality. Go, sherpa!
We visited Sherpa Cafe on a Sunday evening, and the experience was quite enjoyable. Our family of five was seated promptly at a table that fit us comfortably, though it was close to a ceiling speaker that was a bit louder than preferred. Despite that, we were able to chat without too much difficulty.

Their food is so tasty. Love it. I ordered Thukpa soup and chicken korma. Delicious. Naan bread was also amazing. We ordered extra naan bread to take with us on our travels. Will come again.
