Just went inside this establishment. We stood there for a few minutes without acknowledgement from any of the 3 staff seen. After a few more minutes of them talking to each other while we are waiting for their service. A girl that was at the register looked over and continued talking to her coworkers. More minutes go by and we finally just walked out. Ridiculous. I come this way often and occasionally stop here to eat. Not so sure I will anymore. The vibe was weird in there...

We ordered online ahead of time. When we walked in about 10 minutes after it was to be ready there was a long line and no accommodation for pick up orders. Finally we got the cashier’s attention that we had a pick up order and she indicated it wasn’t quite ready. My wife had ordered a salad and the meat wasn’t cut up. My sandwich was ok but not great. We won’t return to this location.

Horrible experience!!!! With a line 30 minutes long, the employee busted in line to make her lunch. 4 employees behind the counter and I had to ask a lady to help finish my sandwich. Customer service is clearly not a priority here…

I had a phenomenal man make my sandwich. Some of the employees are very dedicated and that's awesome. I think the ingredients for refresh and my bread was still soft and that's really what's most important to me.

clean establishment. Food is what one would expect from a Macro-chain. Some Employees are wearing a (personal) wireless earbud so speak up when you order and dont expect to be acknowledged right away.
