Excellent, tasty and healthy food and the service is great as well! A very homey comfortable small town cafe vibe. I highly recommend it and will definitely visit again!

Gluten free sandwiches that taste amazing and home town welcoming vibe! Loved our lunch here and will be back, definitely a new favorite and it is obvious they care about quality ingredients. Thank you Rachel and Jefe!

I wanted a salad with lots of yummy protein, vegetables, and avocado, and the staff delivered that and more! The service was wonderful and the quality of the food was amazing.

This was a disappointing sandwich place. I ordered the Firebrand and hubby ordered the My Hammy Vice. The sandwich bread didn't taste sour like usual sourdough does. The sandwiches were basic (e.g. the My Hammy Vice was yellow mustard with ham and a small amount of cheese). It's not hard to make a great sandwich, but they are missing by a wide margin. Sorry, but I feel many of the 5-star reviews raving about this place being gourmet-level are misleading and an honest review was needed so others aren't disappointed like we were.

Good enough to come back for a 2nd time - most sandwich shops don’t reach that level!
Can’t go wrong, grab whatever looks good!

The Dilly has done so well filling the big shoes it stepped into. This is where you really feel the magic of Gunnison’s community and if you want to eat like a local, pick the Dilly. The sandwiches are fresh and they make your order so quickly. The staff is always friendly and conversational, so the wait for your food doesn’t feel like a wait. While all of the sandwiches are fire, and the blt is my favorite, I have to say, the cake is the best I’ve ever had in my life. I never really liked cake, but chef Rachel’s frosting is out of this world. Do not skip the cake!

The My Hammy Vice sandwich was kinda disappointing. It was supposed to be sourdough bread, I’m not sure what kind of bread I got. It had ham and cheese, ok.
But was dry with only yellow mustard. It seemed like it was an act of god to get a side of mayo! Finally, the chef dug around in the back room and brought me 2 packets of what seemed out of date “odd” colored mayo.
No bueno, I do not recommend this so called deli.

Stopped here on the way through town. Great and friendly staff… sandwiches were solid and got a loaf of sourdough to go, which turned out to awesome and is from locally grown wheat. Will come back on our next trip through.
