I just went in here for lunch with my girlfriend. The hostess, taking orders at the counter, was very passive-aggressive toward my girlfriend, because she spaced leaving a tip after a long morning. Kate and Heidi, who used to own Firebrand would never have treated anybody this way. We were so upset after paying, that we left before eating.

Six plus peeps for lunch and we had an easy short wait in line and easy short wait for food - slower might have been expectable on a busy Saturday afternoon, but speedy on both counts even with a steady stream of customers. Reasonably priced, fresh and DELICIOUS. The Cubano and Rueben sandwiches were big hits & everything gluten free was great too. We’ll be back!
Our cold sandwiches were awesome! Very generous with the meat and toppings! Also had a hot sandwich, the Sally something.. it was not very good. The person that ordered it, couldn’t even eat it. Service was slow and I finally went and asked if our to go order was ready yet and the person at the counter went in back and brought it out. So not sure how long we were needlessly waiting. We dined in and did a take out for the people in our party that were fishing. Anyway- a high rating because the cold sandwiches were very good and the gluten free bread was amazing!
