Their website shows a 4 p.m. check in time. At a 5 p.m. check in I was told my reservation could not be located. I had to go back to my car, get my confirmation number and return to the front desk. Then I was told I would have to wait for the first associate to finish with his guest before I could move forward. Waited about two minutes and a third person offered to help. When I explained that I was told I had to wait for the other check in person she said she could help and she did, to a point. I was then told a phone call would be forthcoming when the room was ready. What?!!!

It just happened that I was tired of waiting by 7 p.m., so I went to the waiting area of the front desk and sat down (it is not my responsibility to follow up with someone who said they would do something). The first associate, that couldn’t find my reservation, saw me and decided he should check with me. From the front desk I heard him say my first name (these people are so disrespectful that they think they know you enough to call you by your first name). I went to the desk, the associate stated he thought I had already checked in and was surprised to see me. I lost it from there and had to go get my wife to finish the check in.

Found this hidden gem on our 23rd Anniversary while out.... Best BBQ I've had in awhile... Our server was super friendly and helpful with any questions we asked about the food and was really honest about everything.... Y'all keep up the Amazing work and we will definitely be back in soon 🤘🏼💯
