I ordered they crab watoons which where amazing 😍 also they tempura shrimp is to die for comes with an amazing dipping sauces. I also had a few pieces of sushi while I waited hand down the best ever which made me order a spicy tuna roll!!!!! 100 percent worth it.

I randomly stopped by Gypsum for lunch yesterday and ordered the Drunken Noodles. I have to say this is one of the best I’ve had. The way that they fried the noodles is above average and I mean even better than a lot of local restaurants in Hong Kong! The ingredients are fresh and the sauce is natural where a lot of Asian restaurants in the states add a lot of sugar/MSG that makes you want to drink coke. The host is also super friendly!! I wish this restaurant was closer to my home! then I’d definitely come almost everyday!
Hands down the best restaurant in all of Eagle County! Awesome service from a very warm welcoming family owned business. We drive 40 minutes to and from just to eat here. Literally, best Asian easily, but seriously considered best restaurant. Consistency, ingredients, cleanliness, attentiveness, atmosphere, and authenticity! A++

I had high expectations for this restaurant, and I must say the food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, I was disappointed because I received the wrong order. I had ordered shrimp tempura, but I was given vegetable tempura instead. It was especially frustrating because I drove all the way from Glenwood Springs to Eagle for this meal.
While I understand that mistakes happen, this mix-up took away from an otherwise excellent experience. I hope the restaurant takes steps to ensure such errors don’t occur in the future, as the quality of the food deserves perfect service to match.
