Friendly staff like any other Costco. This location might take the cake for quietest Costco location with no line for gas or food on a normal weekday after work.

This is the most chill Costco I have been to in all of my years. Maybe because it us in the middle of nowhere, but they have great customer service and who doesn't love buying enough toilet paper to last you for the rest of your life...in one trip!

I stopped twice at this Costco location to fill my vehicle with their gas. Their prices are very competitive. The gas pumps were clean. The lines were short both times. An employee was available but I didn't need any assistance.

I had a flat when traveling from Glenwood to Denver on a Sunday. Luckily my son-in-law was behind me and was able to put the spare tire on in place of the flat. I saw Costco in Gypsum listed when I searched for tires. I called the store and Shanna in the tire dept told me she had what I needed. We got there and Shanna got the job done quickly. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She's an asset to Costco!

Love, love Costco. Great prices and great clothes. I would love to shop there more often if it were a little closer to me.

Closing hours are unheard of? 600 on a Saturday? 8 pm on fridays? What's is this? Typically a fan. But strongly considering cancelling membership just because of this.

This store staff was really amazing when my family and I moved here 2 years ago. Now, there are some new staff, including managers who are not quite so charming. A manager by the name of Tyler treated me like a criminal today, because my membership expired three days ago and I asked if I could pay and renew when I got back home in 30 minutes. I've been a member for 20 years and have never encountered a 100% j**** as I encountered today! They need to take lessons on customer service. Real disappointment this morning. Embarrassing enough to start with. On the other hand, a lady named Krista was the kindest, caring worker in the entire store!!! Thank you, Krista!

Do not, under any circumstances, order any appliance to be delivered to your home in Eagle County. Costco outsources their deliveries to a company called XPO. They are the worst. Even if you can track said appliance to a warehouse in Colorado, it will take MONTHS to arrive. If you can get a date from XPO, it will just be for a potential week of delivery. Then it is get pushed out again and again. You can not get a straight answer because you are dealing with an overseas call center. Costco will claim they are trying to help and will do nothing. The refuse to take any accountability and will blame the delivery company that THEY hired and contract with. Then they will lie to you about compensation for your trouble.

This review is strictly for the Tire center and this feedback is 5 years in the making. Otherwise, this is my favorite Costco in Colorado. After having the staff of the tire center straight up REFUSE to rotate my tires for like the 4th time, I have had enough. This is on top of them not mounting two sets of brand new tires properly over the years that I had to have redone down in the Denver area. The Costcos in other locations happily rotate my tires instead of straight up lying to me, stating that my tires are BALD when there's another winters worth left of tread. I guess since there's a bunch of rich yuppies up here they think everyone is a mark and they can up their tire sales. I will tell you, their manager is straight up full of s@%#t and he trains his staff to pull the same crap - and guess what? They are the worst tire center crew in the state because of it. Being good at your job isn't making the corporation you work for happy, it's serving the people who come in. Not deceiving them and straight up DENYING THEM SERVICE using your "Costco protocol" as a shield. The tire team at the Riverpoint location is phenomenal for example as well as the one on Quincy. I've also been to the Big O tires in both Glenwood Springs and Eagle Vail for service (with zero issue) after the Gypsum Costco tire team refuses me service. If you want to be jerked around and scammed, utilize this Costco's tire center. Also, make sure you have any tires mounted by them at another location. Rant over- Costco members beware.

Whenever we drive from LA to Denver, we always stop at this Costco. This store carries a number of items we don't get in Los Angeles and we always buy a few of them. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything.. And I mean everything at this store is top notch... What an incredible store to have in such a rural location..Even if you have a hang up or two about little stuff you should feel blessed to have such options in such a remote location...

As I walked into this Costco, an employee (Mickie) who was stationed at the entrance was literally shouting to another coworker that "Covid is a hoax, people are still getting it even when they wear masks, and everyone wearing a mask looks like a freak show. Don't these people watch the news?" Regardless of your feelings regarding Covid, it certainly wasn't very welcoming. I left. I'm not interested in shopping after I've been told I look like a freak show because I'm following the posted protocol regarding masks.

The ONE STOP SHOP for booze if you're staying anywhere close to this place. Tried the local wine shops in Avon, CO (since you can't buy wine at Walmart here in Colorado), and the choices weren't too impressive, and the PRICE was just "TOO DAMN HIGH". I drove 35 minutes from where I'm staying at to this "out in the boonies" Costco, and left completely satisfied.Located in a place that probably shouldn't have a Costco (literally out in the boonies lol), this Costco is pretty much your picture perfect Coscto. PLENTY of parking, 0 wait time in lines, and booze HEAVEN. Not only do they sell beer and wine (like the local Costco in Idaho), but they have a crapload of hard liquor too. Prices are the best you're going to see anywhere around here, and the sheer amount of choice here is truly impressive. There were only a handful of customers shopping here the 2 times I drove up for "supplies". It had that special "Kmart / Sears going bankrupt" atmosphere, and by that I mean isles are WIDE open, nobody in the store with their Rugrat kids going crazy, or blocking all the isles with the patented GIANT Costco carts. This is the best Costco experience I've had (come on, I'm wasting my time writing a review for freaking COSTCO...that has to tell you something...).Overall, this is truly a 5 star experience. Costco Gas (with NO WAIT TIME!), booze heaven, and no customers. I guess they're making profits (probably from out of towners stocking up while on vacation). Absolute must add to your roadtrip plans.

So much love and energy from this good vibes Costco! Every time I come into the store I feel so welcomed by the staff. Everyone is so friendly and kind and helpful. The store is extremely clean and professional / organized. Selection is very good! The store has all the usuals and a large wine / beer selection. The fruit / produce section is very fresh and well priced. This Costco has a gas station too. Well done!!!
