Gave it another chance after i saw the employee laying with his fore arms on top of ttomerhe pizza boxes (exactly where they put the naked pizza on top...gross right) ....today it takes the same employee a minute to say hi and help me out after his co-workers had to tell him to help me out...he was not bussy FYI. Anyways we could not get the food because they did not have change. It's always something with them. And just always lack of attention for the customers.

Wow what a pleasant visit with the girl working the register tonight June 4th at 5:59pm. Place an order online for the pick up deal at 50% off which is a great deal if she or the website honored it. I even called today at 1:46 pm to make sure they would honor the coupon in person after placing it online. Whoever I spoke to said they would honor this coupon up pickup. When I went to go get it the unpleasant experienced girl would not honor this. I told her I called earlier and asked and responded well I didn’t talk to her. I said ok. So are you going to honor the coupon? She said no. I said ok I don’t want the pizza. Started to walk out with my wife and 90% sure she called me a douche bag! I just kept going. At that point what do you do? I left a 2 star review earlier today after I placed the order. I got a phone call from someone that wanted to speak to me on why I left a 2star review. It was due to the girl who answered the phone told me to use the online coupon, I clicked on it to start my order, then was no other one to add in coupon box. Showed full price, asked if they would honor 50% off when I pick up she paused real long and said yes. She sounded new. So it already sounded a bit shaky. I get it new kids, don’t always know the promotions etc, but the girl who acted in charge and as a manager was awful. Been in the restaurant business for 35 years and eating Dominos for 40 years and never have I ever experienced this. Hope this helps someone. Hope the good people keep their jobs. Maybe something good will come out of this or not.

The only way this place could offer a worse experience is if someone took a dump in cup and I unknowingly dunked my slice in their doodoo sauce. Took over 2.5 hours on a Saturday to get the pizza (10 minute drive away) and garlic knots. The pizza was probably made about 10 minutes after we placed the order and just sat on the counter lol. But honestly it could've been made the day prior because it was stale and cold. I know this probably sounds like a troll review but I'm actually serious, it was so bad we were all just making fun of how bad it was because it was seriously unbelievably bad. We're gonna just pick up frozen pizzas from now on or order from pizza1 for nights where we are going to have friends over, etc.
