Got a Maui Chicken Bowl at the Artisan Rhapsody event in Vail this past weekend. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the panko breading was crispy and light. The rice was perfect - neither sticky nor dry. And the sweet/tangy sauce, I could have eaten with a spoon. All of the ingredients of the bowl - rice, chicken and sauce were in excellent proportion to each other and the green onion garnish not only looked pretty against the golden chicken gave the bowl a pleasant,...
Exceptional service and great food! Although we live about two hours away, the guy at the register remembered us from a few months back! Every time we come through Gypsum, we have to visit and grab some tasty Hawaiian food! They offer full size portions and half portions, depending on how hungry you are. And this being the 3rd or 4th time we've been there, it's always amazing customer service and always tasty food! Thanks again!
Great place. The guy working the register was super nice and was even trying to strike up conversation with everyone waiting on food. I would definitely come more often if I lived closer.
