Quick stop to buy some Mexican Coke on our way through to Glenwood Springs. Very friendly folks! We'd just had breakfast, so didn't try the food, but menu looked authentic.

Another hidden gem in plain site..no one speaks English here so that’s a good sign for real authentic..and the tacos were awesome… I had the shredded beef and it does have a little kick..I added guacamole..two thumbs up..great service but expect to learn a little Spanish while there which is a bonus

We were able to share 1 breakfast burrito between the 2 of us. It was HUGE! Fast friendly service. Great selection of drinks and candies/ novelties. Will probably go back if we find ourselves in Gypsum again.
