A buddy and I were riding through the area and stopped in Gypsum for a bite. We ran across RMT food truck and gave em a try. Amazing breakfast burrito! They had a good selection of sauces. Plenty of tables set out under a shade canopy, but you are eating in a gravel parking lot. No complaints here!
