“I live all the way in Omaha, about 9 hours from the closest Rocky Mountain taco, my fiancé and I tried it while driving through last summer, we made a trip this weekend, specifically to get Rocky Mountain taco, that’s how amazing their food is.
We have had both the taco truck and had great service and food and we have ate at the restaurant in Minturn, both times they were extremely busy but very friendly and food was quick and soooo delicious.
