TAILWIND INNOVATIVE AIRPORT CONCESSIONS

At their airport location in Shreveport LA with Great Raft signs everywhere. I was told that is is part of Great Raft here in Shreveport and wanted to support local. It seems to be managed by a company called Tailwind, but to the review.....thick cut bacon is thin mini microwave bacon and only two very small slices. Corned beef is maybe one slice folded over.....kettle chips are lays ruffle greasy out of a bag chips. The menu is completely misleading and expensive. Very disappointed.

At ILM this morning and bar was closed. Elijah at PCJ was so helpful and got me a drink. (Flying not my thing) thank you!!!!

Ordered coffee with cream. Cardboard cream container smelled sour. There was only 1 tsp left. Asked for new half and half. The young man was obstinate at best. Talked to his workers about it in disrespectful manner (I speak Spanish ;)…. Surprising & disappointing.

Shout out to the bartender today who not only was great in serving me a local beer but also filled up my Stanley quencher with ice water after I’d closed my tab, right before my flight left. The real mvp.
