Went there for a late lunch. We all ordered appetizers for our meals, which was just the right portion. Chips & salsa, sliders both pork and beef, Mac & cheese and pretzel bites. All the meals had great flavor. Pretzel bites were a little hard and chewy. I prefer them to be a little softer. There is nice seating outside, if you want to enjoy the weather.

The location is amazing, right on the banks of the river. The food was well prepared, but lacked several items on the menu. The service was not the best, my drink was never refilled and a couple that was seated after mine was served first which was a bad first impression. Would I go again? Probably not but, but mostly due to the prices and poor service.

Stephanie was our waitress last night, and she was very attentive and fun. We all ordered one of the huge, excellent burgers and seasoned fries. You will love the ambiance and setting of this historic home moved from old Gypsum to its new location, overlooking the Eagle River near Wylaco. Bring your appetite, as the servings are generous!

Waitress was attentive and repeated our order back to us. However we did not receive the hamburgers to order. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet it took nearly 30 minutes to get our meal, so could not spare another 30 minutes to have them redo them.

Amazing chips and salsa to start. We sat outside by the water. I ordered the outlaw burger with side of onion rings and it was so good! My husband ordered mango habanero wings and he loved them! Definitely will come back again! Great service!

Grilled shrimp with baked potato was very good! Others at our table had the chicken fried steak which he said was decent, spaghetti & meatballs were also good.
Got three burgers to go. Great burger! Had a nice taste to it… not the regular “meh” burger. The orders were correct, price was fair, ZERO issues. Would eat here again. ??

This place is so great I’ve been twice this week. Definitely the best restaurant in Gypsum and in the top 4 including Eagle. Go visit and so we can keep them in business. It’s such a welcome addition to the food and bar scene. The burgers and salads were both excellent and I’m looking forward to trying the BBQ and Mexican. Sitting outside by the river pushes it over the top. Well done.

Good breakfast spot. The steak and eggs were great. Great views with a nice patio next to the river. It was raining when I was there so I was seated outside but the patio looked great.
