Great little local coffee shop serves up inventive coffee drinks, seasonal specialties and great classics. Friendly staff that greets you as you near the counter. Several sandwich choices that offer lettuce wraps as an option. Outside tables available for the adventurous.
Five star food in a home town setting. Had the Homestead Henny sandwich which has a house spread of dill cream cheese, crispy delicious fries that taste like fries and not onion rings. Star spangled Lotus drink is killer!!!! I had a Vanilla Frappe and it's was smooth and light and tasted amazing!!! Literally a DIAMOND in the country!! Delicious delicious delicious!!
Gotta love PKC! The owners and staff are fantastic! They remember my orders, down to the kind of milk I prefer, lid I like, and whether or not I want a straw. They can carry on a conversation while staying on task and still not mess up any order, and they don't mind if I go in just to get a refill of ice for my cup!
