Papa John's Pizza

It's been a while since I've had Papa John's and it seems like it has really fallen off. Very expensive, flavorless pizza that made all of our stomachs really hurt. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my order had a mistake and management was kind and helpful to get us a free replacement pizza.

I ordered a pizza at 11 am for pick up over the phone. They said 15 minutes come get it. I got one medium cheese pizza. I went to pick it up 40 minutes later. They didn't start my pizza at all. The guy told me he had two pizzas before mine. He was not evan doing anything when I walked in. He said my pizza will be ready in an hour.

This was my first and last time ordering from this location, and I am utterly disappointed. My daughter was excited for her birthday dinner and specifically requested Papa John’s. I asked for a medium pizza with half cheese and the other half with toppings.

What I received was completely unacceptable — toppings are always supposed to be placed on top, not embedded underneath the cheese. Toppings should be easily identifiable and removable if needed, but instead, they were hidden beneath the cheese, making it impossible to separate or even see what was on the pizza.

Additionally, I clearly specified that only half of the toppings should be on one side, expecting four slices with toppings and four without. Instead, there were five slices with pepperoni, making it impossible to evenly divide the pizza into four and four. The remaining 3 toppings were under the cheese and spread all over the entire pizza, further complicating the issue.

This level of disregard for simple instructions is completely unacceptable. I am beyond disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again.

I never ever ever bash an establishment but the lack of care and management is very evident.
You’d think an order that states it’s ready after ordering a hour + in advance would be ready and when I get notified that said pizza was ready to wait an additional half hour and to get met with attitude from who I believe to either be the manager or the shift supervisor is wild to me when I state to him that my order stated fifteen minutes prior to being ready in the app. If it’s not ready then simply don’t hit the button showing it’s ready when you have a lobby full of people waiting extra long stating the same as well. Then you have a Customer Service Representative at the register whose name I didn’t see or catch getting even more and more upset when paying customers are walking in to pick up ordered food or when potential customers are making calls to store grunting and clearly cursing under his breath.
I’m amazed and will never return to this location.
As an afterthought for clarification, I simply ordered ONE pepperoni pizza in advance nothing extraneous or a huge complicated mixed order. One pizza. Then to sit there for nearly 45 minutes after placing the order half hour in advance prior to showing up and having to hear songs with swear words just blaring is also nuts.

An hour to get this. Must’ve fallen off the seat of the delivery driver…smashed back together, missing toppings. Requested it to be well done and there were parts completely raw. Worst pizza we’ve ever had and we’re not that picky!
Reached out to the store and received zero response.

They sent me the wrong drink and then told me they reached out to me via doordash to tell me they were out and they were going to exchange it. I didn't even order on doordash, I ordered on their website. Then told me they will just give me a free drink next time....and would not refund the money for the drink.

Don’t do it! Wrong pizzas delivered to our doorstep-delivery person said nothing to us. Not our order-called and they said our order was the same order from the other family-so shouldn’t be an issue. It was not the same order-all people must be under the influence to think they can get away with this

Gave us another person’s order and then refused to give us the correct one. They first told us that they wanted the orders back even though the quality seal was broken. When we told them that the pizzas weren’t in a fit condition to return, they had a new story. Told us that our order was the exact same even though we have the receipt for both orders and they are very, very different. To top it off, when they delivered our food the delivery driver didn’t even say a word to us. Don’t order from here unless you want to be argued with and told you’re wrong

Love this pizza but giving up on this location! Cannot get it right to just ring our doorbell or knock on our door to deliver our food. Even after calling to their attention. Instead continually put it on our porch then leaves sighhhhhhh!

What happened to this place? The process went up dramatically. The previous people here used to offer specials and I'm guessing there are new owners here because I was charged $30 for a SMALL pizza, garlic knots and ranch. I asked if there were specials I was told no then I get home look online and there's a LARGE for $6.99!!!!!!

This Papa John’s doesn’t get the credit it deserves. Our food is always good and comes quickly. Christian has delivered to us a few times and he’s always really kind and very outgoing! My husband has a dairy allergy and they have never messed that up!

Great food, Christian was a thoughtful delivery driver when they were out of something, and just a good time all the way around.
