An hour to get this. Must’ve fallen off the seat of the delivery driver…smashed back together, missing toppings. Requested it to be well done and there were parts completely raw. Worst pizza we’ve ever had and we’re not that picky!
Reached out to the store and received zero response.

They sent me the wrong drink and then told me they reached out to me via doordash to tell me they were out and they were going to exchange it. I didn't even order on doordash, I ordered on their website. Then told me they will just give me a free drink next time....and would not refund the money for the drink.

Don’t do it! Wrong pizzas delivered to our doorstep-delivery person said nothing to us. Not our order-called and they said our order was the same order from the other family-so shouldn’t be an issue. It was not the same order-all people must be under the influence to think they can get away with this

Gave us another person’s order and then refused to give us the correct one. They first told us that they wanted the orders back even though the quality seal was broken. When we told them that the pizzas weren’t in a fit condition to return, they had a new story. Told us that our order was the exact same even though we have the receipt for both orders and they are very, very different. To top it off, when they delivered our food the delivery driver didn’t even say a word to us. Don’t order from here unless you want to be argued with and told you’re wrong
Love this pizza but giving up on this location! Cannot get it right to just ring our doorbell or knock on our door to deliver our food. Even after calling to their attention. Instead continually put it on our porch then leaves sighhhhhhh!
What happened to this place? The process went up dramatically. The previous people here used to offer specials and I'm guessing there are new owners here because I was charged $30 for a SMALL pizza, garlic knots and ranch. I asked if there were specials I was told no then I get home look online and there's a LARGE for $6.99!!!!!!
This Papa John’s doesn’t get the credit it deserves. Our food is always good and comes quickly. Christian has delivered to us a few times and he’s always really kind and very outgoing! My husband has a dairy allergy and they have never messed that up!

Great food, Christian was a thoughtful delivery driver when they were out of something, and just a good time all the way around.
Nothing like spending $40 on dinner just to bring it home and realize that it's WAY overcooked🤦🏼♀️. ALSO, when I picked up my order I noticed that not a single employee was wearing gloves while they made the pizzas! One guy scratched his beard and then continued stuffing a crust 🤮.
Super disappointed and pretty disgusted by our experience tonight.

Very frustrating experience today. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I’ve probably purchased 20+ times here. I always shop by deals. My phone had logged out of the app and was giving me an hard time signing back in. So I was reliant on asking the worker what deals were available this time. She told me they didn’t have any kind of deals and let me leave without much explanation or elaboration. After sitting in my car for 15 min, I finally gain access to the app and see there is a 8.99 large pizza carry out deal that would have been literally perfect for me. To have been told “nope we got nothing” and sent away was completely unprofessional and displays zero customer service. If you are new or not as knowledgeable, you can easily ask for help from someone instead of losing business.

I placed my order and got my confirmation email at 6:52. Delivery time said approx. 45 minutes. I expected about 50 minutes. My pizza was done baking at 7:08 per the tracker. I was surprised and excited, and I foolishly thought that I would receive my pizza before the 45 minute timer. I did not receive my pizza until 810. I am not upset that my subpar, cold pizza was $40, I am upset that it took over an hour from the oven to my home. I will not be purchasing from this store again.
Worst customer service ever when we first walked in the guy behind the counter was going to give us someone else order then when we placed our order he didn’t repeat the order back so when he gave us the receipt it didn’t say what we ordered should have knew better but we trusted they got the order right well think you know the rest of course it was are fault and Basically we’re stuck WILL NEVER BE BACK
