No only did it take over an hour after placing my order to still not have gotten my food the time of delivery but the time it’s supposed to come keeps changing when I call the “manager” he tells me ya nothing I can do about that… umm I’m sorry who els can do anything!! Worst experience in a long while anywhere. $68 of pizza ordered. 45 minutes later, they had not received the order in store. I showed them the order number. They asked for proof that I was charged, so I showed them my bank account and the screen that thanked me for my order. The in-store employees were not empowered to do anything to fix the situation. They called their manager who told them to not do anything, and told me I'd have to call the 800#. The answering service folks said the order was cancelled, but couldn't say why. My account balance was over $2,000, so not a banking problem. They too offered no resolution until I said that this was a terrible business practice. Then they said a manager from the store would contact us within 48 hours. Of course, that will be the same manager who just told the store employees to ignore the problem. If this all sounds harsh, then keep in mind that I seldom post a bad review, and only after I have had time to cool down. The in-store employees are not to blame. The management and corporate policies are terrible! Shame on them!

This is the second time from this location where the pizza just looks sad. I pay extra for the second topping on my medium pizzas. Extra $2.50 but yet these are the pies that are handed off to me. The gentleman had the nerve to tell me this just how they looks and portion sizes. Not when I get one free topping and pay extra for the second. It’s dry and burnt and I had to argue to get it remade. I used to order pizza 3 times a month. But this location has lost my business

This is the third time in a row our pizza has come out cold, uncut, and missing the sauces I ordered. The cheese doesn't stick to the crust and starts to slide off the pie when you pick it up. The garlic sauces included in the boxes were opened inside the box saturating the cardboard and crust. I understand the store is under new employment as of a few months ago but this is a poor image of what Papa John's used to be.

This place is convenient as it is close by. The guys are always friendly, make sure to tip these guys they work their butts off. My pizza has always been hot and fresh.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza last night and a cheese pizza was delivered. When I called about the store about the delivery error I was told there was nothing they could do about it and hung up on. No apology for the error, no attempt at service recovery. This is a poor reflection on management.

This restaurant has an amazing outdoor patio with a cozy fire pit. It's the perfect spot for a nightcap or dessert. The service is also great.
