This is the best Subway in the Thornton/Reunion area. Josiah is a sandwich artist that goes above and beyond every single time. My husband and I have gone a few times and finally asked for his name since he is always working and helping us. He has incredible work ethic and is super respectful. We appreciate seeing him when we come in. And the perk is this location accepts coupons so we make the extra drive for everything I just stated. :)

Went in on 09/25 around 7pm and there were two young men working. THEY DID NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES!! They handled everyone’s food with the same gloves they used to handle the register, clean trash, and hand customers their food!!! So gross and disappointing!! Didn’t catch their name but the number on my receipt for who served me is 7205. Both the young men handled my food with the same disgusting gloves they used for the register.

This location is very welcoming. They say hi and goodbye and make great subway sandwiches to boot. I also appreciate that they accept app promo codes. I drive an extra 10 minutes from Reunion to come to this location.

Staff was absolutely prompt service was great but while inside they did get hit with a multitude of walk-in customers as well as order pickup customers. Because of that I feel the attention to detail was lacking. If and when I am in this area again working and need a lunch I will definitely visit this Subway location again based solely on customer service

(6/29) I had a great experience at Subway! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile and were very patient while I took my time choosing what I wanted. The person making my sandwich was super polite and made sure everything was exactly how I liked it. It’s always nice to go somewhere and feel like the employees genuinely care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I come in 3 times a week the same sandwich today I was today they can’t do it the new guy argued was rude will never be back to this location. Sad cause I love the staff that has been there but both employees today were not respectful and don’t know what they are doing not wasting my money.

This subway is a rockin, Trinity really listen to what we wanted on our sandwiches, we didn't even have to tell her twice. The other guy that was working with her he did great too. I would recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers. These two are really going places! Thank you so much!
Im always worried with subways if it's going to be good or not! But man if trinity is there, don't worry she got it covered! Super friendly, quick and great service!

Went there about 35 minutes before they were due to close. There was one younger guy working, he wasn't very friendly at ALL. But I'm there to get food, not make friends, so I can look past that in the end... He made my sandwich very fast but the vegetable trays were ALL covered up, so when he asked what else I wanted on the sandwich, it was a bit difficult to answer that versus when you can actually LOOK at what they have to pick from.... overall the sandwich was very mediocre a best... I wpuldve left a way higher review if A.) The employee was super friendly and the food still sucked or B.) The employee was still less than polite but the food was great. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good and the employee wasn't either.

I do have to say that I don't write reviews often, but when I do, it's because there has been an impression left that shall be ever lasting. I got lunch today about 12:15 or so. The older woman, kinda short with short black hair, who had added topping to my sandwich beautifully. Most times, they are sloppy with too much sauce or too much of one thing. She added the perfect amount of veggies and sauce, and the bread is not soggy and falling apart. I'm not left with a mess of sauce on my face after attempting to take a bite of my well crafted sammy. Thank you to Lady, whose name I did not catch for making my lunch break a mess free one.

Sent my daughter to get food for family and the pud making sandwiches only listened long enough to hear 3 sandwiches and moved on so she had to get back in line per him and order the other 4. Then she gets home and the bread is hard and stale on all subs. Maybe he should take the headphones out of his ears, remember he works in customer service and do his job with a bit of pride. Crappy food tried to call but number goes straight to vm and box is full. My guess is everyone complaining filled the box. Crap food crap service.
