I do have to say that I don't write reviews often, but when I do, it's because there has been an impression left that shall be ever lasting. I got lunch today about 12:15 or so. The older woman, kinda short with short black hair, who had added topping to my sandwich beautifully. Most times, they are sloppy with too much sauce or too much of one thing. She added the perfect amount of veggies and sauce, and the bread is not soggy and falling apart. I'm not left with a mess of sauce on my face after attempting to take a bite of my well crafted sammy. Thank you to Lady, whose name I did not catch for making my lunch break a mess free one.

Sent my daughter to get food for family and the pud making sandwiches only listened long enough to hear 3 sandwiches and moved on so she had to get back in line per him and order the other 4. Then she gets home and the bread is hard and stale on all subs. Maybe he should take the headphones out of his ears, remember he works in customer service and do his job with a bit of pride. Crappy food tried to call but number goes straight to vm and box is full. My guess is everyone complaining filled the box. Crap food crap service.

I love that this place hires young people! They are doing the best to keep the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming . As well as clean. The food is fresh and served with a smile.

I was a bit hesitant to return to this Subway, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. As I walked in, I was greeted by a young man who identified himself as Paul. I was given a second greeting by a young female named Alina. The restaurant was clean. The product was fresh, and the taste was very delightful. Also, to my surprise, I was offered a beverage refill. I’m not gonna lie, I was taking a bit by surprise, as I’ve never been offered a refill at my table at a Subway. Both young employees went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. This reflects great on them but it also reflects their management and ownership.

Visited this evening and we had 3 sandwiches in our order and paid close to $40. The service was just fine but disappointing when there weren’t pickles, banana peppers or black olives. Shouldn’t this be a give in to have? Only half the veggies were out.
Green peppers, lettuce, tomato and onions. Bought a large soda and it was flat. The Dr Pepper was terrible and that was second choice to lemonade which was also terrible. Of course I’ll go again because we live in a food desert but it was a disappointing experience.

I visit with my friend in this rest it was so bad exprince about that i order veg subway they put bacon then i sad that make new one for me the boy go back in the the kitchen and bring the same one back. There was one boy and girl.

Ordered online. Went to pick up and a sign on the store said that several produce items were not available (which I had ordered on my sandwich). They also only had 3 kinds of chips and not the one I had ordered. The staff said nothing to me about if my sandwiches were missing items or if the chips were not the ones I ordered. In fact, they said nothing and just stared at me. I had ordered a churro as well and it was stale and rock hard. I couldn’t eat it. We paid $15 per sandwich! Not worth it!

I ordered the All American Club sandwich, the description claims “2x” cheese. I asked for extra cucumbers it came with THREE slices on one side. Did not get the lettuce that is supposed to come on it. I added additional veggies and this is what I received… Does this look like a $13 sandwich?!?!
I walked in and there was no "welcome to subway" from there it was about the same. The young man behind the counter did not acknowledge me or even look at me. He was very slowly making an order where the customer wasn't even there yet. My total time there was 15 minutes for 1 6 inch flat bread. The whole reason for my review is that as I was leaving I saw another employee in his Subway shirt sitting at a table off to the side of the register with a couple of other guys, maybe that is where the camera has no view, just hanging out!! I was the only customer in line and just disgusted with the service!! Things have to improve at all the subways in Commerce City and Henderson. I will not be back. Please forward to District Manager Bobby, atleast that was the name I was given.
