I walked in to sit and have a meal after work. Immediately upon walking in the woman was standing at the counter. I walked directly up to the counter and she checked her phone then turned and spoke to the people behind her about something, then opened her drawer and pulled a calculator and began counting her drawer. I laughed as at no point did she look my direction, or address me in any way, even to say, One Minute. I was gobsmacked with my mouth open but waited patiently while she counted her drawer. I didn’t move other than to take a second look at the kiosk to ensure it was in fact not working. She counted her drawer then pulled it and walked away. This is when I said something. I said Hello? To her as she was walking away. Even after she counted, cash in front of me, she rudely turned around without addressing me whatsoever. No one second. No someone will be right with you. No Sorry about this. She just walked away. I said Hello louder and three employees who were working drive thru and the line immediately came to the counter and addressed both my needs and quietly apologized for the extremely rude situation we all had to experience. I asked the employees the rude persons name before apologizing to them that we all were hostage to her rude behavior.
Jennifer not only did not make me feel like a valued customer but she made me feel unwanted and if not for the way the other employees jumped in to assist, I would never be back here. Because of the kindness and compassion of the other employees who seem to also be held hostage by Jennifer’s extremely poor attitude, this will be a location I continue coming to.
Do better Jennifer. Everyone has a bad day but you made my day bad when I was just trying to get a taco.

I was waiting for my order more then 10 min in this location to pick it up and nobody was in their just one customer me that’s it.
The window was open they were just keep talking!

Forgot the chips for the nachos, hardly and meat in the tacos. Not really friendly at the frive thru.

Leaving yall 5 stars because I've literally never had a problem at this location. I accidentally ordered to the location on 1298 E 104th Ave and I actively avoid this location but it was unavoidable and as always it was terrible. Thank you for being so reliable 🙏🏽
know I now why McDonald's is pack in the evenings and Taco Bell is a ghost town Ungodly slow...damn near 30 minutes to get an order for takeout inside.

Food decent, actually filled the tacos, but would be nice if the employees that are break aren't on the phone and on speaker, very annoying and off putting for guests hearing them talk on speaker.

Dear Taco Bell Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service from the manager an old lady on duty, which I feel warrants attention.
During my visit, I ordered several items, but upon receiving my order, I noticed that several items were missing. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she informed me that the restaurant was out of certain items and chose to omit them from my order without any notification. When I inquired about the possibility of replacing the missing items, she responded dismissively, asking me what my problem was, despite the fact that I had paid $7 for a minimal order that included a cardboard box of Cinna Twists and a taco.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the missing items, she denied my request without providing any explanation. Additionally, I noticed that she attempted to fill my order with other items in a way that made it appear more complete than it actually was. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate my requests left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I hope that you can address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
