it was my first time trying A&W and i decided to get it today for my lunch break since im now working in the area. I was actually excited and left in tears. I ordered a combo and the nice lady at the intercom said “is that all” and i said yes. I expected her to then ask me what drink for the combo so i waited (not wanting to interrupt) but she said to pull forward. I then said “oh for that drink can i make it a root beer?” since i wanted to specify before i got to the window. I had technically already ordered this drink as i said i ordered the combo i just wanted to specify what type. While the woman was responding to me a man interrupted her through the intercom and said something along the lines of “she asked if that was all and you said yes” i explained i was just elaborating my drink choice since i didn’t say it (which is also my fault but i feel like it’s a silly mistake which did not have to be a big deal). This man then starts GOING OFF on me about “well you obviously want to order more so what do you want” “what else do you want??” just rapid firing at me with an extremely rude tone. I said that was all. I was pretty humiliated at this point as i felt like a kid being scolded when i was just hungry and on my lunch break. The man on the intercom then starts yelling “ARE YOU SURE??” “ARE YOU SURE” over and over. he was still doing this while i pulled up to the window. i had no idea what to do. I did not expect to be screamed at while ordering my lunch and i am already quite an anxious person when im out alone so i started crying. i felt like he was purposely trying to humiliate me by his tone and choice of words as he was not even giving me time to respond through his yelling. I pulled up to the window and the woman was there and she was very nice but i was even more embarrassed now since i had tears welling up in my eyes from shock and humiliation. I have never been treated this way from any restaurant or fast food location. As i said earlier i am an anxious person so the night before i even looked at the menu so i would know what i want as i have never eaten here before. I was actually excited to try it and i left in tears and had to go back to work all frazzled. I am just so disappointed by this and would never treat someone this way. i don’t get off on humiliating and bullying others. I made sure to pack a lunch for tomorrow as i will never be back. By the way the woman who helped me was extremely sweet this was not her fault. And yes i still paid for and waited for my meal. I am not confrontational and i realize no sensible person would have still given them their business but i didn’t know what to do.

Such a disappointment. The last 3 times Iv gone here it’s been awful. The location is so close to my house iv tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I keep getting screwed over. This last time I waited almost 20 minutes for a small order. The guy taking the order kept interrupting me and I knew he wasn’t going to get it right. After 20 minutes the lady came out and said “two dumsticks?” I said “2 drums and 2 wings” and she goes “yea”. I should have checked but after over an hour in traffic and 20 minutes waiting for food you just want to get home. Well of course the food came with only 2 drumsticks. No mashed potatoes or the 2 wings or anything else. Unfortunately it’s better to go out of your way to the one on Bellevue.

Second time we have ordered at an A&W restaurant and were ignored and treated rudely. Seems to be a recurring theme. I'm not sure if it's racism because of our skin color and accent or homophobic because one of us looks like a lesbian or what the issue is but A&W is close to losing a repeat customer with this. Also the root beer freeze both times they were rude was made as a float but we were charged as a freeze. Every other time A&W every other A&W we have been to makes the freezes like a smoothie not a float and the people were friendly.
Only the manager in this location was friendly, everyone else ignored me as I waited to order.

Long wait, found out after ordering, severllal orders ahead of me, why are you open, take my money and then say 'park over there' based on the numnwr of other cars waiting, have nothing prepared, defonitely not 'fast'.

I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. First, they completely messed up my order—I asked for a chicken tenders feast and a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I got my items besides the chicken tenders, masted potato’s, and the fries to the chicken sandwich When I brought it to their attention, the staff seemed uninterested in fixing the mistake.
On top of that, the atmosphere was completely unprofessional. The employee who took my order kept saying “uhhhh” like he didn’t know anything. And to keep going the employees were blasting loud rap music, openly vaping behind the counter, and acting like they were high on the job. It was clear they didn’t care about customer service at all.
This is unacceptable for a business. Management seriously needs to step in and fix these issues because this level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.
Its 9:30 pm. We have just gotten off of a flight from california. We have heard tale of the fact that colorado had still had A&Ws across their map. We began our treck to the establishment. Once there, salvation had struck. The immediate vibes of the dreary and dreadful night had been sweapt away in the bitter cold winter wind. The acquaintances of the workers swiftly shifted to that feeling of a friend group who I have known for all my life. The food was good but thats not the point. The reason for one to come to an A&W is not to be fed but to make long lasting memories with those closest to you. This singular moment was unexpected but is greatly unmatched to any I've had before. And as my arteries begin to clog, I would like to leave you with this, What a night.

We used to come here for a freeze or a shake about every other weekend. Tonight we got to experience some of the rudest staff here. They made us a vanilla shake that was so watery you could barely taste the flavor. My husband walked into the restaurant (as we had ordered in the drive thru) and kindly asked if we could either have it remade or get a different flavor. The guy rolled his eyes and had said he wasn’t going to make a whole new one and that it was just ice cream. Then he had said he would sell us another one discounted at 50% off…My husband refused to buy another shake and I instead went back inside to throw it away. Now I understand why nobody comes here anymore. The guy who was incredibly rude also stood at the door laughing and waved goodbye at us as we left. If you hate your job that much then just quit instead of making your miserable life everyone else’s problem.
