Food was horrible. Cold chili dog with a stale bun. Brownie was ice cold. Long wait for what?I was just reminded why I stopped coming here years ago. How are they still open?

Stop selling drugs at this store and make food! I love KFC and A&W and was so disappointed to get a McDonald's quarter pounder older than anything wrapped in an A&W wrapper. If you're going to use the store as a front you might have to at least pretend like you make food there. Someone, seriously shut this store down.

I would give zero stars, but no option and I finally did get the order of fries I ordered. Zero communication to delays. Several people came in, got no service and walked out. Couldn't even get ketchup as none sitting out and nobody to ask at the counter. Absolutely horrid service!! DO NOT recommend!!!! Find another place!

Said hello and was ignored then was told my bill, gave my card said thank you when he gave the card back and said thank you when I got my drink. Employee had no interest in common pleasantries and was cold and rude. One of the rudest experiences I've had with a customer facing employee ever.

Took forever to get a root beer freeze and there was plastic in it when I got it, also it was basically a float.

Wish I had read these reviews before I stepped foot in this landfill. My shoes are still sticky from the disgusting floor. The conditions in the back, where the food is prepared, were even filthier. So, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes as the manager walked back and forth, ignoring me. When I finally got her attention, she was cold and short, clearly annoyed at having been troubled to do her job. I ordered a large sized meal with a float. Several people came in, ordered, received their food, and left, as I waited patiently. I had received (what I know now was) my medium float from manager lady, who rudely set it on the counter without a hint of congeniality. Pure scorn. At the time, I assumed that cup size was for the large float, and thought nothing of it. It tasted terrible, anyway. Finally, an unpleasant fellow named Jessie asked what I had ordered. They had not even began preparing my food. So a young fellow with whom I have no issue made my food. I did watch him make it, and I saw him give me a small order of fries. I asked why I hadn't been given the large, and manager lady proceeded to argue with me about whether or not I asked for large. I did. Rather than throw in an extra handful of fries and apologize for her error, she continued to insist I had not, pointing out that I did not mention the medium float she gave me so I must not have said large when ordering. Solid justification. I think she has a career in law... in Luke Wilson's Idiocracy. Again, how was I to know it was a medium. Many places large 'shakes' and such come in the medium sized beverage cups.I finally had enough and called a spade a spade; I called the place a s___hole and asked for my money back. Jessie, oh so tough Jessie, demanded 'not until you give the food back, then proceeded to try to provoke me into a fight. He came from behind the counter and got within 6 inches of my face, then staring me down, with bulging, angry, eyes, for at least 30 seconds. I told him, continuously, to get out of my face, to which he repeatedly replied, "make me". I smiled and waited patiently, and finally he listened to the pleas of manager lady to back off. But first, he called me a f____er. Manager lady tells me to leave, and I assure her there is nothing I would rather do, but first I need my money refunded. She continues to berate me for 'causing problems with her staff' so I lazily mention that Jessie had called me a f___er, and she thinks I'm cursing at her. I calmly repeat, that no, I'm telling you what your Neanderthal employee just called me. She resumes berating me. Yada yada yada.Even upon leaving, Jessie was insisting I meet him out back to throw down. Oh, those buging, angry, empty eyes... Manager lady didn't even give me a full refund. She either forgot tax or added a tip to my total on the sly or whatever. She's a serpent, that one. Oh yeah, she never gave me a receipt, either. Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted one.Anyway, I've nothing more to say on the subject. I do not intend to think about this place, or those people, ever again. And that makes me smile. But I felt compelled, first, to issue this warning: please, for your own good, don't go here.

I love KFC. The only problem is they don't love their customers. EVERY time I go to this location they get it wrong. As long as Drive Thru technology has been around you would think these places would get it right. They always forget something. Last night around 5:30 11-3-22, We ordered the same thing we always order. Got home and the meals were missing biscuits and honey sauce. The three piece chicken meal was also missing a piece of chicken. WEVERY FLIPPIN TIME. Plus, We also got to sit there in the drive thru listening to the speaker with a bunch of fowl mouth language coming thru the speaker. We told them we could hear them but all they did was laugh at us. Problems like this are always related to one thing. Poor management. Either the management doesn't care, or its missing in action or both. Unfortunately I will continue to go back because I love the chicken but I'm sure the service will never change.

The guy working drive through named Jesse is an exact reason why you work at a fast food restaurant just plain rude and doesn’t care. On top of grease being covered all over everything including the bag his slob self handed it to me in. Zero cleanliness and no napkins at all in bag. What a joke

I've gone hear at at least 30 times every time I get exactly what I expect. It never lets me down. Floats and burgers are good. Chicken as good as it gets for kfc. Never had a bad experience.

This is hands down one of the worst places I’ve ever gone to. Every time I’ve gone, there has been extremely terrible customer service, very rude employees and problems with my order. Even today, trying to give it yet another chance, the girl with the brown and red hair at the drive thru was ridiculously rude before we even had a chance to speak. This place either needs to be completely restaffed or closed down.

If i could leave negative stars i would. Absolutely cannot believe this place is in business. No one uses gloves to prepare the food, we literally watched a gal stick her fingers into mashed potatoes to get the lid on. We couldnt even eat our food it looked so gross, after one bite we left. It looked like the inside had been abandoned, garbage all over the floor. The health department should shut this place down immediately.

I'm not impressed with the customer service. Waited for about 3 to 5 mins in the drive through, had to physically call the store to get help, then took about two more minutes where someone to actually get to the drive-thru to get my order then the girl it through the drive-thru was snotty and gave me a shaking up root beer float not impressed with this location at all
