Order DoorDash, because we had a gift certificate that was given to us.Thank you for that.Whoever gave it to us, but you're wings are okay.Only not that great and your French fries are not cooked enough.There are way soggy. Disappointed.

Grace was fricking awesome! Took my family and I’s mind off things while other family was at children’s hospital nearby. Make sure to ask for grace because she’s on it with getting orders right, making recommendations, and just keeping it fun. Her food runner was an awesome dude, and was also on it. The manager on duty Taylor, he was awesome about the feedback which was just compliments, and he keeps it light with his staff joking around, and just keeping the vibe up. Will make this my staple location when I need wings from Buffalo Wild Wings.

Gets 2 stars because there is one waitress actually like at this location. However, service is normally lacking and orders come out wrong. Tried going tonight and was told 15 min wait. Waited half hour to be told they aren’t seating anyone because the kitchen and be at least another hour. But yet they had a constant stream of to-go orders going out the door. I guess that tells where the priority is. Thanks for wasting everybody’s time.

On our visit, we were served by Jackie (older woman, blonde hair, pink card on her shirt). From the beginning, her service was unpleasant. She did not provide a proper greeting, showed little attentiveness (no beverage refills), and responded dismissively when I requested all flats, stating they “don’t do that on Tuesdays due to it being BOGO” despite the restaurant being nearly empty and I have never heard such a thing from my years of coming to Buffalo Wild Wings.

When our food arrived, the order was incorrect. My husband ordered 7 wings Asian Zing and 7 wings Honey Garlic. I ordered 10 wings Parmesan Garlic mixed with Asian Zing and 5 wings Hot. Instead, we received 10 wings Asian Zing, 5 wings Parmesan Garlic, 10 wings Honey Garlic, and 5 wings Hot.
When I politely pointed this out, Jackie’s response was unprofessional and argumentative. She stated, “I watched them toss it, and it’s not my fault they didn’t listen to me,” rather than taking responsibility or working toward a resolution. But not only that, when an order is messed up this bad, it’s the server who put it in incorrectly. When I reiterated that I was the one tasting the food, she continued to argue with both myself and my husband before ultimately saying, “I’m going to get my manager so she can take care of you because I’m not taking care of this.”
The manager who came out was courteous and professional, but by that point the damage to our experience had been done. Due to Jackie’s attitude and lack of accountability, we did not feel comfortable staying to have the order corrected or to continue our meal. We went to a different Buffalo Wild Wings and the experience was entirely different with me getting ALL FLAT WINGS ON TUESDAY.
This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. She truly ruined our experience at that location.

We just left this location due to being served RAW chicken. My husband got the “Saucy chicken sandwich”. He took two bites and swallowed after noticing his chicken was raw!!! The manager took care of our bill but we chose to not get anything else and we will never return to this location. Please everyone who goes to this location CHECK to make sure your food is cooked thoroughly!!

Ate at this location twice in the past month. Both times was pretty bad. We normally love BDubs but this location is terrible. Food tasted like it had been left out all night, hard, cold wings. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this location go out of business.

Waiter was extremely rude to me and my friends, we did absolutely nothing. I don’t know the waiters name, however I may say management was very nice about it.

The quality of BWW has dropped across the board, if it wasn't for happy hours or pretty decent rewards it would be hard to justify the cost for the quality.

Every time we go in there we are never getting served or me and my son have to ask someone to serve us and my son had mushy wings and they still had feathers on the wings and the only good server in there is sarah and last time we got served by Jake and he was not attentive to us.
