We came in around 8pm and waited to be seated for anout 10 minutes in an empty restaurant.

Our waitress was friendly, but possibly new as she struggled with our orders.

Table was still dirty, lots of staff walking around, joking with each other. We didn't have silverware and had to get up to get our own. A mid aged gentleman staff member was enthusiastically talking to a younger waitress nearby with relationship advice which was both creepy and off- putting being in earshot.

My salad came out and was nearly frozen, as well as having the stem of the lettuce in it. It was so cold I couldn't eat it.
The food was about the same as you expect. They did have a great boneless wings deal going on.

I probably wouldn't be back to this location in the future.

I go regularly. Pretty consistent and good food. I’ve probably only had 2-3 times where the food and/or service wasn’t great. You know what you’re getting into here, and the prices are excellent. Eat in the restaurant, it tastes way better.

We placed an online order around 6 pm and had a really disappointing experience. The wings showed up with no sauce at all (thankfully we had some at home), and they were so overcooked they were basically inedible. The sandwich I ordered looked like a microwaved patty and just didn’t taste good.

My wife and I usually go into the bar to eat and it’s always been solid, which is why this was such a letdown. This was our first time doing take-out, and unfortunately it was a big miss. We probably won’t be coming back for a while.

Pickup order was over an hour late from the time I put for pickup. There was no apology or recognition of the frustration with this.
After the food was finally ready it was dry (wings and fries) and had little to no sauce on the wings. The fry basket (see attached photo) was about 1/4 full. Very disappointed in the service, and food from here. I used to be a big BWW fan but am unlikely to recommend it or purchase from here again.

Pick up order disaster. We ordered hours in advance and when we arrived to pick up our order it was an absolute mess inside - our pick up time was 2:10PM and it wasn’t ready until after 3PM. They refused to give us a refund (we asked so we could go else where) and they didn’t offer anything for the delay. Haven’t been here in years and won’t be back ✌🏼

I did a to-go order so speaking on the atmosphere is not relevant. In any case, I got a 10 piece, all flats, wing combo with fries, spicy garlic flavor. The sauce was the best part of the meal. I like my wings nice and crispy, not tasting like your traditionally microwave warmed pizza joint wings. For a $17 meal, I am not impressed. The wings have zero crisp and the fries taste old (11:30am pick up time) with little seasoning. I’m glad I used a gift card I got. I won’t be back using my money lol.

This location gets a average grade... food was ok, order wasn't correct, and bartender had zero sense of urgency... and these people think they are entitled to tips??... not from me lol.

Closed the location early with no notifications or markers online (Google or in App). Ordered food through the BWW app no issues or errors stating the location was closed, when to pick up food and the location was closed. Fully closed lights off over an hour before posted close.

Walked in and it was take out only. Had 7 front of house employees working but was take out only weird.

Order DoorDash, because we had a gift certificate that was given to us.Thank you for that.Whoever gave it to us, but you're wings are okay.Only not that great and your French fries are not cooked enough.There are way soggy. Disappointed.

Grace was fricking awesome! Took my family and I’s mind off things while other family was at children’s hospital nearby. Make sure to ask for grace because she’s on it with getting orders right, making recommendations, and just keeping it fun. Her food runner was an awesome dude, and was also on it. The manager on duty Taylor, he was awesome about the feedback which was just compliments, and he keeps it light with his staff joking around, and just keeping the vibe up. Will make this my staple location when I need wings from Buffalo Wild Wings.
