The food was probably the best Mediterranean we have had in a long time. We had the chicken shawarma platter, the chicken kabab platter and the beef moussaka (pic below). The pita, hummus and tahini are to die for.

We tried this for the first time today and food was delicious! We had the chicken shwarma/gyro combo, baba ghanoush, and meat mousska. Flavors were excellent. We will be returning again!

This restaurant serves delicious food. My husband got the Shawarma Sandwich. It came with two sides. There was a long list of options. My husband picked Dolmas and fries. The sandwich was wrapped in a warm, fresh pita with plenty of moist, well seasoned Shawarma inside. It also has lettuce, tomato and tzatziki. The dolmas were delicious.
I had the Shawarma plate. There was a generous amount of Shawarma, hummus, and tzatziki on the plate. It was supposed to come with rice but they happily substituted feta salad for the rice. It came with two large warm pitas in a basket.
I loved the seasoning of the Shawarma. It was warm, moist and a tiny bit spicy. The hummus and tzatziki were flavorful. The salad came with lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta and was dressed with just the right amount of tzatziki.

The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is casual but inviting—great for a family dinner or a casual lunch. Portions are generous and the prices are very fair for the quality you get. Whether you’re a fan of Greek or Lebanese food, or just trying something new, Byblos is worth the visit. Definitely one of my go-to spots for Mediterranean cuisine in town!
If I decide to come back I would pass on the babagenush it is very smoky tasting and the gyro meat could have been cooked so I would ask for very well done.

Best Greek food I’ve found in Denver. The moussaka was great! I only wish it wasn’t way on the other side of town.

Great food
Not sure if we just went at a bad time but I paid $7 for the smallest most dry piece of baklava, had one bite and threw it away. Total waste of money.
