We had an amazing meal! Everything was so flavorful, fresh and delicious. I recommend the falafel sandwich and the vegetarian plate. Our server was lovely too. We’ll definitely be back.

Looking for Greek food in Highlands Ranch, look no further than Bablo’s Express! They are conveniently located at the corner of HR parkway and University and provide authentic and delicious Greek and Lebanese food with generous portions and fair prices. For getting together with friends, try their sampler packs, they do all the work, all you have to do is eat and enjoy! I’ve been coming here several years and they never disappoint. They also have a nice loyalty program. Dan C
When the Highlands Ranch location opened the food was delicious. Not so much anymore (Dec 2024). Not sure if there was an ownership change or just that this is a satellite location. But…the meat now looks, and tastes, like it came from Costco frozen section. The sauces and hummus are good. Everything else is just so, so. If you’re looking for authentic Lebanese or Mediterranean food, this is no longer the place. Sad. When it first opened, so good! Now, not so much.
