Overpaid for a poorly made sandwich and was given soup in the bottom of a medium sized cup that would not fill a half cup measuring cup…bowl huh?

Took over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. We were the only ones in there to order. Cost $50 too. Insane

This location lacks leadership. 45 minute ticket times is simply unacceptable. Three people staffed that are chasing their tail and trying to keep their head above water. In the time we waited for our food 15 plus people shared in the exact same experience. The guy who served us our food apologized profusely. Offered us free sandwich cards that ended up being expired by a whole year. Whoever is the owner is failing these people. Simply disappointing.

I went on my lunch break and there was a handful of customers that had ordered and were waiting. I went straight to the counter to order but had to wait 10 min before placing my order. The kids are fumbling around with receipts, calling names of people who aren’t there. I waited 35 min before getting my sub. I couldn’t even enjoy it because I had to rush back to work since it took so damn long!
I don’t know what their problem was but I don’t care to go there after this first and last bad experience!

Mid as the kids would say. It's not bad, but it's expensive and lacks punch or flavor. I'd avoid it.

Delivered 1/2 orders only. Tasted like leftovers. Nobody at store was in charge or could take care of charges for food that wasn’t delivered. Never called me back.

This was my first time at Capriottis. I ordered on line @ 10:50am for 10 sandwiches for my office. They were not ready until 12:45pm!! 2 HOURS to make 10 sandwiches!! The food was good, not great and having to wait 2 hours may have swayed my taste! Very poor first impression!

Very disappointed. I ordered the Capastromi sandwich (small = 8inch). Sandwich was just under $14.00. a small amount of weak pastrami with little or no Russian dressing overwhekmed by Coleslaw and bread. I won't be going back.

Service was good, guy was very patient for our first visit. Atmosphere was your average fast casual place. We had two classic cheese steaks, which I think the contents tasted good, I think the bread was just ok.
