Food was ordered online said it would be 15 minutes. We showed up 20 min later and they hadn’t even started the order. So we had to wait another 10 min for them to make the sub. Which honestly wasn’t the biggest issue. Got the oven roasted turkey sandwich and despite having all toppings, it had no flavor, no seasonings, was super dry and bland. I thought with the good ratings this place had the food would at least be decent

My wife and I just had a great experience eating lunch here! Jonah was fantastic and had an amazing attitude. His personality made this lunch the best experience! The sandwich was excellent as well!

We had both the hot and cold Thanksgiving Dinner Turkey sandwiches and both were so good. Large portion size so we all had leftovers that were equally as good.

Customer service here is impeccable. They don't put ketchup on their sandwiches, but they went out of their way to make sure that I enjoyed my sandwich by putting ketchup from their packets onto my sandwich. I will only buy cheesesteaks from now on from this location I appreciate you going out of your way to satisfy customer, even though I didn't even ask you to do so. Hopefully management and staff recognize good help and people! This is what keeps small businesses growing Small acts of kindness

I'm giving a four star cuz the sandwiches are awesome. But I washed my hands in the bathroom and it stinks. I haven't opened my sandwich yet, but I can taste the soap in my mouth. I'm going to have to wait to eat to eat my sandwich until this case goes away cuz I don't want to ruin the whole experience. Please, change the soap you use in the the bathrooms
Good food and service. I recommend the Wagyu roast beef, very tasty!

I used to eat @ Caps several times a week in Dallas. Was thrilled to find out they had expanded into Colorado. I realized this location existed two days into my smoothie diet (Smoothie King is next door) and let’s just say I’ve supplemented my smoothies a few times this week.
Staff is nice, location is well done. And the sandwiches are to die for.
Soft, fresh baked bread. Produce is crisp and generous in portion size. The Bobbie is just as good as it’s ever been and I branched out and tried one of their American Waygu roast beef sandwiches and was so impressed.

Unfortunately, this location has become hit or miss based on staffing. Tonight was a miss. Wrong food…didn’t discover until we were too far to be worth returning, and sloppily made sandwiches.
