Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and brookie, but wasn't impressed at all. The cheesesteak was completely lacking in the "cheese" part, instead having something of a light spread of cheese inside the sandwich rather layered between the meat. Meat was way too crumbly, kind of unusual fpr a cheesesteak, which makes for a really messy sandwich.

Sent us the wrong sandwich. Disappointing ? The Italian sub is good if you can get them to give it to you instead of the wrong sandwich.

Each time I’ve gone here, everyone’s service is top notch and for the most part they’re very friendly! My sandwich is always made nicely and is so tasty.
I tried using BOGO code online and at this highlands ranch location and it was not honored. Also, food quality has gone downhill. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

Wanted a steak sandwich, so went to the new Myrtle Beach location to give it a try. Did not expect to pay$11.79 for a small classic steak sub! But I bought it anyway. Won't go to Capriotti's again. The steak on the sub did not taste good, what a waste of money . I added A-1 steak Sauce to make it worth eating.

Saying this place has bad customer service but be a gross overstatement this place has no customer service ordered a sandwich no onions when I got home the sandwich had onions I called to report it and was told no it did not have onions I drove back to the store to show the manager it did in face have onions he opened it and said no onions as I started to pick the onions out to show him he snatched the sandwich and told me to leave I demand a refund he said no I demand to get the owners contact he said if I wanted to make a complaint it would be through him this place is a joke I refused to leave without a refund so he finally gave it to me Update I talked to the owner about this issue she is addressing the issue I would hope she is able to find a better general manager for this location

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Service was friendly and quick and helpful with placing our order. The sandwiches were made as ordered and all toppings were fresh and generous. Half sub was the perfect size for lunch. The store carries a good selection of beverages, including Stubborn Sodas. Nice chip and dessert assortment available at the counter. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Staff was professional and it seems this location does a lot of to-go orders. The employees were very friendly, greeting everyone and quickly getting the to-go orders out the door. I have had other Capriotti's and this location made a much better sandwich than my previous experience.Parking: Large shopping center with plenty of parking available
