This is one of the slowest, if not the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The parking lot is extremely poorly laid out preventing any semblance of efficiency in the drive thru. I keep hoping it gets better, but I am often disappointed spending 30 minutes waiting in a drive thru line with 12 cars in it.
Website says they close at 10 but they close at 9 I placed online order and employees were just staring at me through the window and wouldn’t say any

Placed my order and paid. They told my husband the order was not placed and they shut down an hour early but accepted my order. This is the second time I have been extremely disappointed with this store. I am a former marketing director for CFA and I will be calling corporate. This is not the CFA way at all and extremely disappointing.

All I have to say is be for real CFA. This is basically half of a filet, actually not even that and still served it for $7. The bun and lettuce look good though. Will give props to a faster curbside experience for once, usually I have to wait 8 minutes minimum doing curbside pickup.
App system is ridiculous, “we’ll start preparing your order as you get close to the store,” yet when you get there they haven’t even begun making the order which you already paid for. If you order breakfast this way they tell you “we can’t make the order anymore it’s not breakfast.”

We have always been fans of Chick-fil-A. That being said was more than a little irritated today to find out that although I had ordered although I had ordered my breakfast meal and paid for it in the app, when I arrived at curbside pickup and put it in my spot number I was told my order had been canceled because it was after 10:30. At minimum the app should tell me that if I don't arrive at the restaurant by 10:30 my order will not be filled. Now I'm an hangry elf.
Placed a mobile order before I got here last week. As I was waiting in the drive-thru, the associate that was taking the order in front of me saw me but turned away and started walking towards the other associate and both totally ignored me. I drove forward because the associates talking to each other is obviously more important than helping customers! So I figured I speak into the speaker…nope!!! It “wasn’t working”! That’s when the other associate walked up and I told them I was here to get my order. Why they couldn’t have done that before instead of ignoring me, I do not know. Then I was told to wait because my order wasn’t ready!!! I had to move forward and wait while everyone behind me got their order first! I placed an order while I was on the road and the fact it wasn’t ready really angered me. The guy behind me received his order before I did! Not sure what’s going on with this location but I will NEVER come back here for their lack of customer service and how slow they are to get your order in. I’ll drive further and go to other locations where they always have your order in on time and have better service! I thought this place is supposed to have Christian values! Obviously hell took over this location! 🔥
If you enjoy bad customer service and getting your order late then come to this location where clowns work! 🤡
I spent almost $30 and this is how I get treated??!! This location has lost my business for all eternity!!!

I’ve contacted the email address but never received a response and I see you deleted your response to this review as well so you don’t have to help me LOL! Well I’m going to contact corporate and complain how horrible you guys are! Right…so “Christian-like”! 🤡🤡🤡

Not trying to be that person but I submitted a breakfast order at 10:15 and got there by 10:30 and by the time they got to my car it was 10:31 and they then refused to follow thru on my order.
