I meet with a friend every Friday morning at 6:15. Over the last couple of months we’ve tried to meet at this Chick-fil-A but at least 5-6 times the lobby has been closed because there are not enough staff to open. I understand the safety concerns but if staffing isn’t possible so many times then please change your hours. Usually customer service is great but when I asked employees they could care less, corporate said I needed to contact the individual store and I called and no one called me back.

I received a response to this post and the email address they gave me did not work.

Horrible customer resolution from top down leadership. Would lose loyal brand customers over a customer error in selecting the wrong project we’re when asked to correct based off substitution being same price and available Heidi informed I could purchase new items as she was not going to be able to do anything for me. Would think the owner of this franchise would want to set precedent that customers come first and eating a few dollars if really not able to substitute would be worth the positive experience. Will choose other options in the area based off this interaction.

We walked in to a short line to order our food and were kindly greeted by Shelly, who is an absolute dawg. First when we got our food I came to find out my 4-count of strips was actually now a 5-count, that is amazing, that is not all that had happened though as we were served a free sample of the new Coca Cola ice cream product and it was fabulous. If things couldn’t seem any better we asked if we would be able to get a free refill and they kindly did it without hesitation. This was honestly one of the best experiences in a dine in fast food place I have ever had. I would recommend this 7/7 days of the week. Shelly deserves a raise, such a kind and amazing human being.

After the 4th time getting inaccurate orders from this place I think it's time to post. Tonight I paid for my order to find out they gave me a medium meal instead of a large which I was charged for, they gave me a diet Coke when a cherry coke was ordered, forgot to give me an entire large fry which I paid for. It was absolutely NOT their pleasure to serve me and I would avoid this location at all costs. Pathetic service from people who don't care.

Recently came Through the drive-through by the time I got home I realized one of my items was missing when I called to notify them. They told me my only option was to come all the way back to the store to either get my fries or my refund and that no compensation would be offered for my time due to their mistake. Completely unacceptable way to run a business.
