Carson is the true definition of a leader. Carson serviced my order with care as he understood my difficult order with a smile on his face. He could be working at chickfila all his life with his integrity and responsibility. His awareness in the kitchen is unbelievable against all peers. Even the “my pleasure” really makes a difference when Carson says it. I am very pleased with the fast service
Ordered from here and the chicken was good. The milkshake had a really weird aftertaste to it. I emphasize that they put light ice in my lemonade and they filled it to the brim. It’s the little things.

Prices are totally absurd. They charge $7.00 dollars for a basic chicken sandwich. Not the meal, just a sandwich alone. The entire point of a fast food place that doesn’t actually use fresh ingredients or cook anything is that it’s affordable. The chicken sandwich may taste good, but it’s still pre mushed frozen fast food.

I placed a mobile curbside pick up order today at 4:33pm, I had to call the restaurant 15 minutes later after I arrived because I did not receive my food. The person who answered said they made a mistake on the sandwhich and will have my order out in 30 secs. Well, first and foremost I was already frustrated because it took me to call them to see what the hold up was for my food. Secondly, the nice young boy who finally came out with my food apologized for the delay and asked me to hold on. I wasn’t sure why, I thought he forgot a portion of my order. Come to find out he was nice enough to ask his manager Jonathan if they can offer something to me for the inconvenience. Sadly, he came back and said the MANAGER JONATHAN declined. I was baffled not at the fact of getting something for free but the whole concept of serving your customers and satisfaction. Chic fil a has quite the reputation of outstanding service and today was really unsettling to me. As an HR Director and the fact that I have attended many HR event sessions by top chic fil a executives as guest speakers, I would think this manager would utilize the tools and resources to exemplify amazing customer service. This manager should not have the authority to make executive decisions when he doesn’t know how to be of service to others and execute great customer services.

This CFA does a great job being a solo CFA, while our large town definitely needs another within close proximity. Always great food that is fresh and quick service, albeit breakfast/lunch times are difficult since there are so many High Schools nearby. Thank you for upgrading to a recyclable paper cup!

This location is not offering any specials for veterans on Veteran's Day 2023. It is very unfortunate they cannot recognize the local area veterans especially in light of the current world situation. Shame on you!!
