Worst chickila ever. 3 sandwiches were cold. Asked for 7 sauces and got none and also asked for half ice in drinks, it was all ice. They couldn't screw up this order much more if they tried.

Please tell you drive through window guy not to talk to people like babies. It was very obvious he was trying to elevate his voice to sound more pleasant but it just sounded like baby talk.

Food always good. Brought my granddaughter so she could play a little. Only reason I gave the atmosphere a 1 star due to two boys playing in the play area that were maybe around 8-10, throwing cars down the slide and almost hit a few kids. Nothing against chick fil a, parents really need to monitor there kids better. Play ground is for the younger kids.

Absolutely ridiculous on customer service. I place a breakfast order for pick up and everything was checked out through the app and was patiently Waiting 30 minutes and yet nothing happened. Once I walked in to ask what was the problem? The employees proceeded to tell me that it is too late for breakfast orders ( Even though I arrived 30 minutes before breakfast was over ) they said they can’t do anything to compensate or even Have good customer service to figure out a solution. I would not be placing this review if it was for an order that was $12. The order that I placed was over $50 and yet they said they can’t do nothing for me. Absolutely ridiculous. My problem is with the management because I spoke to them, and yet all he did was shake his head and not say a word after I asked, is there anything you can do to help me? Ridiculous.
