Great service and good food

Just went earlier the older lady server wasn’t good with service at all, she was rushing with getting our food and drinks, while waiting for food and drinks she was rude and just had an overall had a bad attitude and then when we were giving her the tip she snatched it and then glared at the money and then passive aggressively said thanks. She never checked in once to see if we needed anything and we had to ask two different servers for help because she was no where to be seen. Took forever to flag her down and then took a really long time to pay with cash and then leave.

Had a pretty terrible experience here. It seemed the wait staff was more interested in chatting together (including the managers) instead of helping diners. I noticed a lot of tables waiting for their servers.

My friend and I arrived early and let Kenna know we were waiting on others to join us. She was so understanding and patient, even though she was super busy. Despite a small mix-up with the order (which she quickly fixed and took off our tab), Kenna stayed apologetic, attentive, and kind throughout. Overall, she did a great job. Thank you, Kenna, for the great service!

Really bad experience with our server who never came over to help us. It took 2 hours to get in and out and we weren’t even able to order a dessert since she never came back. We tried speaking with a manager and he ignored us at first. Later he said “okay” and walked away after we told him it wasn’t a great experience. Hope they get some new staff soon since we usually enjoy Chili’s.

All the food was hot and fresh and our server Ashley was great! Prices are reasonable, we spent about $90 for 7 people before tip.

When i arrived to chili i waited 15 min to pick up my food at the to go section, never received a text letting me know my food was ready like they said they would, while standing there is can see an employee snacking on the fries in the kitchen, do not get the chili it taste like can chili their food quality has gone down in the past several years

A favorite for sure. That new 3 for me deal makes this place less expensive than many fast food places, and with the quality of the food it’s no contest, this Chili’s wins. Most of the time the staff are friendly and attentive even when busy, and food comes out fast. Not to mention delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

This Chili's is horrible I took my family here a week before Thanksgiving on the evening of 11/19/24. I orderd the fajita plate i orderd it with out cilantro and my food got brought out coverd in i sent it back they scrapped it off left it under the meat i can not eat cilantro it taste like soap. Every stake that was ordered was not cooked right my sons burger sliders where still raw. The only 2 right where my daughter from out of town and my neace witch were chicken tender meals. What was embarrassing was I got to sit and watch everyone eat there food and the kicker was they gave me a $20 gift card for having me sit and watch 7 other people eating so sad fix this Chili's do better. I personally will not be back to this location ever nor will I bring up this place as an option I paid good money and even tipped the waiter very well. One more thing the manager that was working that night gave off a oh here we go with a Karen adatude witch is another reason why me or my family will never go back there
