If you get the manger with the tattoos on his arm you can expect him to nickel and dime you on steak or chicken. I asked twice for more and yet he add one or two pieces.

I thought they fixed this problem at chipotle but apparently not.

Basically the bowl have only beans and rice

Chipotle took my reward points and didn't add the items to cart. Good food but developers need to learn how to QA their code. Same as when you were in Denver, huh?

Terrible, one of the worst experiences with a chipotle ive ever had. I ordered 4 burritos for me, my brother, my dad, and my stepmom for delivery. All the wrappers had everybody’s name on it, but the actual burritos were mixed up. For instance, my burrito had my name on the wrapper but inside the wrapper i got my brothers burrito, and so on so forth. On top of all that, They kind of just threw shit together and called it a day didn’t actually look at the order because my dad got pico, and corn when his order had neither, my brother got pinto beans and he didn’t order any, it was just disastrous and disappointing. Forgot to mention, the rice we had were hard as rocks, felt and tasted like it hasn’t been cooked at all. Not to mention the countless pieces of hair i found in the wrapper and after i took a bite and spit it out.

Good food, clean place. The service was a little off but that might just be lack of experience. No one was rude or unkind, just lacked efficiency and product knowledge.

The kid that was making our food was WASTED. Smeared half of the guac from one bowl all over the counter with another. Hope the dude got home alright.

The lines are long because of high school lunch nearby. The queso is excellent the staff was busy but friendly, and the atmosphere was too busy... but still a solid 4-5.

Dietary restrictions: Chipotle is very good at making sure they get your order right and is you have a gluten allergy there are alternatives.

Parking: There are spots at the front of the store and the grocery store lots which are right across the street are always open.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly for their smaller bowl options, small tacos, and their low chairs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible because of the spacious halls and eating area.
