I still think they are very stingy with the chicken. It should be a heaping scoop of chicken. Not a small scoop

Lately every time I’ve come to this place the service has been great. The last couple of times I’ve been there Heather and Blake were two people that helped me at the front. They’re very friendly and made my day better. Food is great.

I'm not sure why they even offer mobile ordering at this location. For the past few months when we've done mobile orders it sits in the back for 10-15 minutes after it is completed.

The staff up front claim its the staff in the back's responsibility to bring orders up but they never do until someone gets so frustrated that the front staff goes and grabs them.

Seems like they're understaffed, but they should just disable mobile ordering if they're not going to support it.

Maybe the most poorly managed shop I’ve ever been into. Disgruntled employees, and short staffed as a matter of policy.

They have fallen so far from their once great food and service. Corporate CEOs crunching numbers and lost all appeal. Used to be packed, now a ghost town.

I just ordered food for delivery. Carne asada burrito with guac and rice and salsa..$14 burrito. Well. I got a burrito with rice and guac and that’s it. To top it off, you cannot call the store. You cannot speak to anyone. It’s only automated and it’s beyond annoying. Everything is so expensive these days and for someone to put rice and guac in a tortilla and send it to someone is honestly disrespectful.

I've been coming to this Chipotle for about a year because it is very close to where I work so I can pop over on my break. It used to be really good, however, they never give you a good amount of food, and my biggest complaint is that the rice is always so crunchy. It is very hard to enjoy you food when you are crunching on what feels like sticks. My bag of chips was also burned. This Chipotle needs to do much better. The worker making my bowl also did not take much care at all. He just threw all the ingredients in the bowl, and I do mean to use the word 'threw'.

Serves chicken like it comes out of their own paycheck. Same chicken server mixes up cheese with lettuce. The manager herself proceeds to say “interesting…” as she judges the order with lettuce instead of cheese. Maybe she doesn’t like being healthy?

This Chipotle always disappoints. We would rather drive to Ken Caryl than get this location but sometimes we have to go here for convenience. They somehow are always out of fajita veggies or out of something you want.

We come here a lot! Pretty consistent food, service and cleanliness of the place. Rush hour is usually around 6-7 or during lunch when the high school has lunch time 😄

This Chipotle is consistently the worst Chipotle in Colorado. My last straw with this location was the other day when I ordered a chicken quesadilla and got food poisoning, likely salmonella as the chicken was tough and I assumed undercooked. I was throwing up for three days straight. Most of the employees are high school students who couldn’t care less about the quality of the food. My order is incorrect 80% of the time, the portion size is always smaller than every other Chipotle I’ve visited, and the service is terrible. When I’ve ordered online, my food is always late, sometimes a whole hour late and when I’ve asked employees for help, they either tell me it’s almost ready or offer no help at all. At this point, when I want Chipotle, I’ll drive all the way to Park Meadows Mall because the convenience of the Wildcat Reserve location is not worth it at all.

It was so disappointing to open the 3 tacos to find them being in massive bunch that you have to peel apart and reroll. I get busy but that's unnecessary.
