Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don’t have much negative to say when it comes to this location. Every time I have gone, the staff and manager have been super nice to me and helped me with Any questions I might have about promos or discounts. The staff always hooks me up with protein and always makes my meal exactly how I want it. This is absolutely my go to chipotle location and will continue to be because of the staff and food quality.

My food is always good and they are so quick and always nice! I literally only go to this chipotle!

This Chipotle location consistently falls short in service quality. The staff is often rude and dismissive, frequently interrupting and rushing customers through their orders. When requesting double portions, they provide only partial scoops while still charging extra, making the experience feel unfair and frustrating. Overall, the lack of attention to customer service reflects poorly on the brand.

Literally the worst wrap job on a burrito ever. Should have ordered a bowl when I realized it was taking 7 people to assemble a burrito. Ended up eating it with a fork after two bites anyway.

Why is there a code for the bathroom

People pay attention when you order for a pickup. The online orders come very little in comparison to when you order there. It happened many times before. Not sure if they put the new vies to fill the online orders but they are cutting your order short!

Went for a burrito bowl got charged for half a scoop of queso and stale unsalted chips.

First of All-ordered online. picked up order and glanced in bag for my $3.50 drink cup. wasn’t in bag so I went to cashier and got it.
Drove home and unpacked order. No Queso Dip with the chips.
First tried using the robotic service and got nowhere. Tried called the actual restaurant and no answer. Waited a while and tried calling again.
The young guy listened as I told him what had happened from the no drink cup to the no Queso in my order. Without hesitation, he asked if I wanted to come back in!!!
I said no I would like a credit or gift card. He said no but I’ll give you a number to call.
I said no thanks and hung up.
So I get nothing for a wrong order? and to boot-I tipped them before I picked upy order. This has led me to not tip anymore until I receive the correct order.
Not going back there. Awful Customer Service!!

The last three orders from the store I received portions that are half of what they should have been. Consider considering the price this is a total rip off. I will not be going to this chipotle ever again. It is awful and the service is bad as well.

A slightly above average Chipotle. Zero issues with food or service, but its not going to be an experience you expect much from anyways.

I ordered chips and guacamole, I received a bag of taco shells and my guacamole had a different seasoning in it.

Should’ve headed the other low reviews. Love chipotle but this location has issues. Undercooked rice, odd portions, watery pinto beans. Overall not good.

This chipotle is the best, people are great, they never mess up orders, love you!!

Food is fine, same as most chipotles but the service is always awful. The counters are run by teenagers who have on multiple occasions clearly been high. If not high, they are just plain rude.

As always, chipotle is a major disappointment. Just paid $10 for a bowl of rice with extra rice and got this…
