There was a glitch on my order and it had me saying it was here but the directions were pointing to my last chipotle, many miles away. The young gentleman I “calmly” discussed this to and his manager took care of the problem and I got my order at this location’s expense. I was having a bad day and this seemed to add to that until it didn’t. Thank you so much!

Avoid this Chipotle location due to a toxic work environment driven by poor management. Far from the core Chipotle value of “Treating People Right”.
As a nearby resident, I have generally steered clear of this restaurant based on a rude staff. Hoping for improvement, I visited recently and witnessed firsthand why the staff often appears disengaged and curt: the management fosters a highly stressful and unprofessional atmosphere.
During my order (a straightforward burrito and bowl), I observed a young team member being repeatedly reprimanded and verbally berated by the manager on duty over minor issues—such as a slightly delayed meat refill notification, adding a few extra pieces of chicken to my daughter’s burrito to enhance satisfaction, and perceived slowness in pace.
These criticisms were delivered loudly and publicly, with additional snide remarks from other staff members, all clearly audible to customers in line and those dining in the restaurant. Corrections that should never be pointed out publicly.
The manager in question—a woman with prominent facial and body tattoos, died black hair, and exaggerated eyelash enhancements—conducted herself in a manner that undermined team morale and projected unprofessionalism to everyone present. She even took a long break to vape in front of the restaurant and talk on the phone. This style of leadership appears to be the primary driver of the burnout and rudeness frequently reported here.
To the dedicated frontline staff: I sympathize with the challenging conditions you face under such supervision.
Prospective customers seeking a pleasant dining experience or potential employees looking for a supportive workplace would be well-advised to choose a different location.
The food may be standard Chipotle fare, but the environment created by management makes it unworthy of repeat visits or employment consideration.

I usually order takeout from this location, but the experience has become consistently frustrating. While I try to be patient with the younger staff, there are a few major issues that need to be addressed by management:
• Portion Inconsistency: There is a glaring difference between dining in and taking out. When I order to-go, I consistently receive about 2/3 the amount of meat compared to what I get when I'm standing right in front of the counter. Even when ordering two identical bowls at the same time, the ratios of toppings and proteins are completely different between them. There is zero consistency.
• Unprofessional Atmosphere: I understand that many of the employees are teenagers, but the lack of training is obvious. On multiple occasions, I've had to wait while staff members were playing around or even fighting with each other in front of customers. It makes me wonder if there is actually a manager on duty to supervise the line.
• Food Quality: The food itself is standard—nothing special—but the lack of care in how the bowls are assembled makes the meal less enjoyable.
Bottom Line: If you're looking for a reliable, well-proportioned meal, you might want to look elsewhere until this location gets a handle on staff professionalism and portion control

A couple of years ago these place was barely decent. Now the food quality has gone down and doesn’t taste very good anymore. The employees usually give you portions not worth the price and almost always get the order wrong when it’s a pick up order. I sadly can’t say I would go here anymore and would advise others go here only if you want overpriced crappy food and crappy service.

Honestly, this Chipotle is a wild card. I come here very often and get the same exact meal everytime. (A kids quesadilla w/ steak with white rice, black beans, and queso.) I would always pay a different amount when paying even if it was always a 2 dollar difference or a 50c difference. I always come during lunch rush which I know is always busy, but everytime i open my quesadilla, i don’t know what I will get. Sometimes, my meal is great! my cheese is completely melted but other times i open my quesadilla and the cheese isnt even warm and unmelted. Yes, I admit it, i’m extremely broke only enough to get a kids meal, but they always skimp me out on the queso, if im paying extra for it, I feel i should get more than 1/4 of the way full on the little compartment on the quesadilla holder. This chipotle is fine, but there are definitely better ones in the area.

What is the point asking for extra portions if you don’t actually give it when ordered? Orders her are consistently either wrong or the portions aren’t what is ordered. Complaining to corporate doesn’t seem to help.

I placed an order through door desk. Bag was sealed on arrival, but no napkins, fork, or anything to eat it with. Tried calling, but can't talk with anyone.
I ordered my usual, a bowl with no salsa. They gave me hardly any food and their chips tasted terrible. In total, my meal cost $17 dollars. I would have been more satisfied ordering ice cream. The atmosphere was like any other chipotle but their food and service needs improvement
