Just opened my bag after ordering 2 sandwiches from the drivethru…all I have are eggs & cheese also incorrect bagel flavors… I was really looking forward to a
Chorizo sunrise on jalapeño and the other one should’ve had bacon on onion. Instead they are boring meatless & flavorless…sigh.

This location is by far my favorite! There is one closer to the office but everyone we order it has to be from here. Izzy is always so welcoming and even if they are busy will always smile and happily will take your order. Thanks for always putting a smile on our faces 💚

Asking me for a tip at a drive-thru?! Just pay your employees. What am I tipping for, handing me the food I paid for? This is awkward and over the top.

What is the point of having two full sized shelves for online pickup if you're not going to put the orders on there? I order online so I can get in and out. Keeping my order behind the counter and not having anyone handing them out is horrible practice.

Drive thru guy with all the tattoos is lost and didn't care about my order even though I told him 4 different times my simple one bagel order. I couldn't seem to think he'd get an order like this incorrectly given it was a simple one Bagel order that we went through four different times on the four ingredients but when I got home sure enough it was wrong. I tried calling four different times and no answer so I called the Greenwood Village Store by I-25 and Arapahoe Road to see if they knew any other contacts on how to get a hold of them. The manager there answered right away and let her know what happened. She was so awesome and told me to go down there to her location so she can fix the County Line Roads mistake and given they wouldn't answer there phone. Anthea not only made my bagel correctly but also gave me two coupons given my bad experience over there. Big time thanks to Greenwood Village store for fixing another locations mistake and kudos that they also answer their phones.

I had the pleasure of being served by Hannah at Einstein Bagels, and she made my experience exceptional! Her warm and friendly demeanor brightened my morning, and she was incredibly efficient in getting my order just right. It’s rare to find such dedicated and attentive service these days, and Hannah truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to her outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

When did einstein bagels start charging for slicing and toasting the bagels? This location charged me &27 plus for half dozen bagels just because I asked for the bagels to be sliced and toasted. When i asked why i cannot get the half dozen bagel box price with a tub of cream cheese(around$13), staff said that since i asked for the bagels to be sliced and toasted they cannot give that price. So for 6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese they charged me around $27 plus. Never going to this location again. Staff was rude. Horrible service.

We were in Denver for a family event and we were looking for a good cup of coffee. We stopped in at Einstein Bros. Bagels for coffee and bagels. What a great choice! So many choices of bagels. I was amazed with all the interesting flavors they offer. And you can't go wrong with the shmear. Great experience!
