Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered a pickup order and when I went in I went directly to their online pickup counter, no one greeted me or even acknowledging my presence there. Then after waiting 15 min extra for my order I got fed up and waited in the line that the pickup option is supposed to help avoid and asked the cashier. He looked at me like a was stupid and was like no you don’t go to the pickup counter for pickup orders, like ok sorry that’s how it works everywhere else. My food ended up being cold and ended up being pissed. Worst customer service ever

Food was awful. Went through the drive through. Young girl working the window, she was very unpleasant to deal with. No manners and extremely unfriendly. Customer service is a -zero! Do better.

Izzy is an absolute gem at Einstein Bros. Bagels! Every time I walk in, she greets everyone with a smile and keeps the vibe upbeat and welcoming. She’s fast, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure each customer leaves happy. You can tell she takes pride in her work — the service is always on point when she’s there. Shoutout to Einstein for having someone like Izzy on the team. Total game changer! 🥯🔥

There’s some pretty great people that work here! One of the employees makes coffee that’s top tier but everybody is so sweet and they make sure to take their time. Shout out to the employee named Isabelle, I had an issue with my order and she remade this whole thing! I’ve never had a problem here at this place!

Messed up order 3 times in a row . Was really rude to me when asked if I could get the correct ordered . Took them 3 times to get it right . 2nd time now at this location this has happened .

Usually this location is great. It was difficult to place the order. The person (Pierre) taking the order seemed half asleep or off. Kept repeating everything. Had to check everything when we got to the window. I asked for an extra schmear on my bagel and salt/pepper packets. Got neither. Disappointed. The people Usually working the drive through window are usually very friendly and helpful. Food was good, just a service issue. Hope to give a better review next time.

Update-So like an idiot, I gave this place another try. And once AGAIN, I ordered 2 doggie treats and DID NOT receive them. That’s 3 now I have not received and they DO NOT answer their phones. You owe me a meal or three and some doggie treats!! This location needs a makeover

I did a drive thru order on 12/29. I’m not sure where you are finding your help, but the guy working drive thru was clearly annoyed and unpleasant. Not only did we NOT receive the doggie bagel we ordered, but the cinnamon bagels w butter tasted absolutely disgusting and were thrown away. CLEAN OUT YOUR TOASTERS!!! The cinnamon bagels tasted of everything but cinnamon. A horrible strong taste of onion which I can not gut! A $25 order thrown away. After seeing the review of the floor and such, I’m not a bit surprised that there is not much cleaning. I did try to call to perhaps get replacement or money back for the food and doggie treat I didn’t receive, but Toni surprise, no one answered. It literally rang 5 min going through the prompts several times.

Place sucks ass. I don't know if it's management or what but if I'm paying almost 30$ for 2 bagels and a smoothie the least you can do is get the order right..

Very clean, fast , good priced and good food
