The management in this store is horrible. Sunday morning with family breakfast, but the cashier had an attitude when she taking orders.I will never go to this store again. Really horrible service.

Why did the apple cinnamon bagels get discontinued?The clerk said they were discontinued during Covid. I think we're well past that, so please bring them back. Service was slow and the clerk wasn't helpful. I asked for chai tea latte "extra hot" twice and he didn't respond with acknowledgement that this could/couldn't be done. Turns out they apparently can't make the drinks extra hot. I've included a picture of the chai tea latter I got: it wasn't even close to full, and lacked flavor. Lots of teaching moments and opportunities for improvement for management to address.

I've been coming to this Einstein's for about 2+ years. I usually go through the drive through. They have friendly and efficient staff. They are able to put my phone number in for my rewards and are able to redeem my rewards without issues. The breakfast sandwiches and Nova Lox are always prepared well and taste great!

Twice now I have ordered a jalepeno bagel for pickup and have been given a bagel with zero jalepenos on it. And it’s not like they were too busy to call and tell me or even wait til I got there and give me another option. Then when I called to complain, you can’t even get a person on the phone. I was charged extra for a jalepeno bagel twice now and received a joke of a jalepenoless bagel. Do better.

They messed up our drive thru order by giving us someone else’s. I understand this happens but there was no apology and the guy who helped us gave us complete attitude. Not appreciated. All I would have liked would have been some acknowledgment that THEY were in the wrong. Unprofessional and isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. When he brought the corrected order he basically threw it on the counter and walked off like it was our fault. RUDEST

Let me add to the horrible reviews. I’m allergic to tomatoes and unfortunately the website when you order online doesn’t allow you to add a note or customize it. I called twice and no answer, when I go to pick up my order my husband mentions if we could change my sandwich because I can’t eat tomatoes. The girl at the register gave such horrible attitude for something so small and fixable. She starts complaining to her coworker about it. She was never approached in a bad way or with an attitude so if you hate your job that much then find one where you don’t deal with customers or learn to be professional. Also always check your orders! Cause my other bagel had a beard hair on it ?

Sun Sep 17th, Waited in line 15-20 mins after only one car in the drive thru. The young man taking orders was hard of hearing, apparent even at the window. When we received our order all 3 bagels were wrong. We ordered 2 santa fe and one bagel with honey almond schmear. All three bagels had only jalapeño cream cheese on them. We told the young man that our order was wrong and we waited all this time. Manager came to the window asked for the food back and told he'll give refund. Slammed the window closed. Gave us refund and we asked if he would correct our order. He said " you can get back in line, we're busy." And slammed the window shut again. Very bad customer service. Instead of correcting employee's mistake, manager got mad at us for complaining rightfully so that our order was wrong. Wrote a complaint on website as well and nobody has contacted us since then.

My girlfriend and I went in for a late breakfast. We were the only ones in there and took forever to get service. Once we got service it was very poor. Our bagels were cold. They forgot my coffee. Our hash browns were cold like they came out of the freezer. The bathroom was disgusting and all the trashed were full. The staff was not friendly when I asked if we could get new stuff made. I contacted customer support and haven’t heard anything. Awful experience.

Disgusting! I ordered a bagel sandwich here, as I was waiting I seen the oldest male employee (most likely the manager) wearing no gloves as he was was eating in the kitchen, making drinks, and transferring fresh bagels from the rack to the bin... All with no gloves on and didn't see him wash his hands once. Gross I will not be coming back to this place ever again.
