My friends used to work here, coming to get ice cream on my way back on 10+ mile walks cured my depression.

Can only give one star based upon my visit today. Went to use the restroom and above the mirror there was a sign that stated “all employees must wash hands” turned on the faucet and went for soap. No soap. Not even a little. Tried and tried again, nothing at all. Went to dry my hands and yes there was an air drier but with no soap I’d like there to be paper towels to at least open the door and dispose of later. Nope. No paper towels either. Bare hands serving ice cream and no hand soap or paper towels in the only restroom in the facility. Kinda shameful.

I LOVE Cold Stone BUT the service at this one is not the greatest. We ordered online because last time we went we had to wait about 35 minutes in line, so we thought online would be better since we had some things to do. We arrive at the Cold Stone and even wait a few extra minutes after the pick up time to give them a little extra time since saw the place was full. We then go in, check in and proceed to wait 50 minutes after the order was placed!! They served everyone coming in first, people that had come in way after us came and went with their ice cream, finally when the place was empty they made ours. What's the point of ordering online if when we show up everyone that's coming in gets served first before they even begin making your order?

Great ice cream. Every time we have come here they have been very accommodating for my wife’s gluten allergy. They are able to get ice cream and toppings from the back to avoid cross-contamination for serious allergies. It is very allergy friendly if you need accommodation. They were generous with portion sizes and the ice cream was very tasty

This is the best Cold Stone location around! I will drive past other locations just to get the quality and service expected and desired. Wes is an excellent manager who is equipped and ready to handle any request especially when it comes to special orders. It’s more than apparent he has been trained well and understands the concept of excellent customer service, satisfaction, and growing a loyal, customer base. He also values and appreciates advertising through word of mouth, so I’m here to help! Thanks, Wes! You’ve helped us make another birthday celebration special!

Every day is a great day for ice cream. We love coming here with the kids. They always have such unique flavor combinations. The staff is always super friendly.We had the Luck Charms ice cream this go around, and what an experience it was. It was like eating a frozen bowl of the cereal. The youngest did the strawberry sorbet with Gummy worms. The sorbet has a great burst of flavor.Highly recommend

Ordered pick up, and after driving back home, discovered there was hair in my ice cream.

I ordered the cake batter and it tasted like spoiled dairy.... I've never had that experience at any ice cream shop before ? hoping for no food poisoning, just be careful ordering here I guess?

Service and ice cream was awesome! got a tasty treat when it was 80 degrees out, and as I walked in, the store was 90 degrees. Found out that the A\C has been out since the end of the summer IN 2022! As a business owner myself, this is unacceptable working conditions for these workers. The owners know better and should be ashamed of themselves. GET YOUR A\C FIXED!!!!

Poor service. The girl that made my peanut butter cup got peanut butter and chocolate all over the outside of the container. Didn't ask if I wanted a lid and put a spoon in it, but I needed a lid to drive and when I asked for a lid she said ok and literally threw it on the counter at me. Then said she needed a signature on the receipt but I didn't tip because the service was terrible and when I handed her the receipt she looked at it crumbled it up and threw it in the trash.

Friendly and fun staff

One of the busiest locations I’ve ever been to. This location is consistently busy to the point there is a line out the door and wrapped around the interior. The staff is always super nice and accommodating but the wait is really annoying.
