i was pleasantly surprised with this cold stone! we went on saturday 10/25 evening, and it was pretty busy with only 2 young guys working but they were so nice and kept the energy high and had amazing customer service! ice cream great as always

Third time online order not correct and not on time staff do not seem to know what they are doing - staff wearing gloves touching money and not changing them prior to next order -will not be back to this location- when you pay that much for ice cream should be better

Changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star strictly because ever since the old owner Josh left and Cammile came back as the manager this place has been awesome.

Max, 20 something (?) Cold Stone employee 6/19/25 @ 2pm said “If you don’t like it, you can leave. As a matter of fact Get Out and don’t ever come back.”

Ive lived in HR 30yrs, and am a long time Cold Stone customer. Been Dashing for extra $$. Max said this to me after he ‘nodded’ me to a diff pick up area, demanded (loudly) several times he see me click confirm (which I was attempting to complete), thus making an unnecessary and uncomfortable scene for all to witness. (Understand their policy, but Dashers don’t work for him and it’s unclear if CS condones his arrogance and unprofessionalism). If he’s speaking to me this way, he’s speaking to others this way (not to mention undermining the relationship between the owner and DoorDash). Something for them to think about.

Kindness from employees goes a long way. Might want to teach your employees how to greet guests and speak to them. The gossiping from behind the counter without any care or recognition of your customers, is wild. 4 people on staff at 7:40pm on 4/4 with only me and my bf in there as guests. Hoping to see a change as this isn’t the first time. More like the 4th time it’s happened.

We love grabbing the ice cream cupcakes for birthdays in the office! Such a fun way to have a treat!

My friends used to work here, coming to get ice cream on my way back on 10+ mile walks cured my depression.

Can only give one star based upon my visit today. Went to use the restroom and above the mirror there was a sign that stated “all employees must wash hands” turned on the faucet and went for soap. No soap. Not even a little. Tried and tried again, nothing at all. Went to dry my hands and yes there was an air drier but with no soap I’d like there to be paper towels to at least open the door and dispose of later. Nope. No paper towels either. Bare hands serving ice cream and no hand soap or paper towels in the only restroom in the facility. Kinda shameful.

I LOVE Cold Stone BUT the service at this one is not the greatest. We ordered online because last time we went we had to wait about 35 minutes in line, so we thought online would be better since we had some things to do. We arrive at the Cold Stone and even wait a few extra minutes after the pick up time to give them a little extra time since saw the place was full. We then go in, check in and proceed to wait 50 minutes after the order was placed!! They served everyone coming in first, people that had come in way after us came and went with their ice cream, finally when the place was empty they made ours. What's the point of ordering online if when we show up everyone that's coming in gets served first before they even begin making your order?

Great ice cream. Every time we have come here they have been very accommodating for my wife’s gluten allergy. They are able to get ice cream and toppings from the back to avoid cross-contamination for serious allergies. It is very allergy friendly if you need accommodation. They were generous with portion sizes and the ice cream was very tasty
