Ambiance is great! Lost of remote workers, people reading, meeting up. Very welcoming and warm. Food was mediocre. I had the iced chai (10% concentrate, 20% ice, 70% milk ) and it tasted very bland. The sandwich was average but it was nice they had a gluten free option just for the bread.

They have a very good patio there, that’s the best part. Eggs and beans it’s hard to mess up, croissant, well, I have had better, actually pretty yucky. It wasn’t my choice to meet my friends there so I wasn’t there for the food,that helps.

This is a really cute quaint lil place. As soon as we walked in, a young girl was standing behind the counter on her phone. We stood there. She put the phone down and stared at us. Just stared. I said hi. She said hi with no enthusiasm whatsoever. After paying she just walked away so we went and sat down. When the food was done, she brought it to the table, set it down, and just walked away. I had to hunt her down to get something we needed and ask a question. Terrible service!...
