Stopped in at Corner Bakery Cafe in Highlands Ranch and had a great experience overall! I ordered the Bacon, Egg & Avocado Bowl with potatoes, and it was delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The eggs were cooked just right, and the avocado added a nice creamy touch. The potatoes were a perfect side—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ambiance is great! Lost of remote workers, people reading, meeting up. Very welcoming and warm. Food was mediocre. I had the iced chai (10% concentrate, 20% ice, 70% milk ) and it tasted very bland. The sandwich was average but it was nice they had a gluten free option just for the bread.
