After spending $35 on a box of 6 cookies to be delivered, the cookies were tossed all around the box and completely inedible. We also only got 5 out of our 6 cookies in the box. Spoke to a manager, Cole and he was absolutely no help. He said that he couldn't refund my cookies and that it basically wasn't his problem that the cookies were tossed around, and didn't have any explanation as to why we had a cookie missing. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. The cookies were MID at best. After jumping through hoops through Crumble's delivery service; DoorDash, I was finally able to get a refund with the store supervisor's help. No thanks to Cole or anyone else I spoke to in store.

Our office lives getting Crumb when they have cookies we all love. Have to say the staff is great and the store is always clean and the service is speedy. But... the cookies have seem to have gotten smaller(some of them) and the prices are have gone up. They finally changed their price board but for a while it was the old prices but was charged more. With that said, if they have one of my favorites we will always get cookies from Crumb. They really are one of the best cookies!!
